• Membership on all Alliance committees shall normally be limited to District Members for a two-year cycle commensurate with TAGD’s fiscal year. An open enrollment period will be initiated by TAGD staff during the first month of the second fiscal year of the two-year cycle. For specific projects, after being authorized by the Executive Committee, Associate Members may serve on an Alliance committee.

defined in days.

• This makes it confusing because one does

not know if days mean working days, or

calendar days.
