The story Tablet was founded in the year 2000 by Laurent Vernhes and Michael

Davis.

Tablet’s purpose is to put the ease, the romance, the glamour back in travel, from inspiration to confirmation.

How it works Hotels are anonymously visited and evaluated by a team of experts,

and they are only keep on the site if they are making the guests happy.

Only real Tablet guests are allowed to submit reviews.

Concerning the digital IQ we can divided it in two points:

The first point is social medias:

Tablet hotel use several social network to communicate with their customers such as Google+, Facebook and Twitter. These social medias are a good ways for the customers to give their opinions, they can write some comments about the different hotels offered by the company.
