ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES — BETWEEN THE TOWN OF PILOT BUTTE ANDTHE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF EDENWOLD NO. 158

1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Town of Pilot Buttehas submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs.


2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will beviable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant tosections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that:

(a) the boundaries of the Town of Pilot Butte and the Rural Municipality of Edenwold No. 158 be alteredby withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the town the territory described in Schedule A;

(b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of PilotButte; and

(c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order.Dated at the City of Regina, in the Province of Saskatchewan, the 20th day of June, 2008.
