ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

- 3 -

The parents and/or guardians of any student enrolling in the district for the first time must furnish evidence of that student’s true identity to the principal. The proof of identity may include, but may not be limited to such items as: the student’s birth certificate, a copy of a court order placing the student in the custody of the Kansas Social and Rehabilitation Services, a certified transcript of the student’s immunization records, passport or baptismal certificates. If the identity of the student is not proven by documentary evidence within thirty (30) days, the principal shall notify the local law enforcement agency as required by law.

A sizable file of records is accumulated for each student during their school years. These records are maintained to assist the professional staff as they deal with students. All student personal records are confidential.

In situations where the parents of a student are divorced or separated, each parent (custodial and/or noncustodial) has equal rights to their child’s records unless a court order specifies otherwise. Private agreements between the student’s parents shall not be recognized by the district’s personnel.

Any eligible parent/guardian may inspect the personal records of the student during regular school hours. The district reserves the right to interpret selected records at the time of inspection.

Kansas State law now requires some children entering our schools for the first time to receive a physical. The children affected are:

1) Kindergarten students2) Preschool students3) Any child age 8 and under enrolling in a Kansas school for the first time.

The health assessment must be completed by a doctor or a certified nurse. Physical forms are available from the school or the local health department. The assessment must be done no earlier than 12 months prior to school entry or 90 days after. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the school nurse at 346-5491, or the local health nurse, 346-2412.

Students enrolling in the district for the first time may be required to take placement assessments to assure that the student is placed at the grade level that is appropriate for their current level of academic need.

ASSIGNMENT TO SCHOOL/CLASSESAssignment to a particular grade level or particular classes shall be determined by the building principal, based on the educational abilities of the student and other factors. If the parents disagree, the principal’s decision may be appealed to the superintendent. If the parents are still dissatisfied with the assignment, they may appeal in writing to the board.

FEE FOR TEXTBOOKS AND WORKBOOKSThe rental fee will be established by the Board of Education at the June meeting each

year for the following school year. Book rental shall include textbooks and workbooks. If your family qualifies for the free lunch program, you may be eligible for waived textbook fees. Please notify the grade school office. Book rental fee is $10.00 per student for the class. Band instrument rental is $35.00 per semester.

SCHOOL SUPPLIESSchool supply lists for each grade are sent home with students each spring. They are also

posted on the school web site. School T-shirts will be available at minimal cost for purchase or order at enrollment. BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAM

The Osborne School District will maintain a hot lunch program. The Board of Education will establish the cost for meals. Lunch charges will be limited to a 5 day period. The secretary will send a lunch notice out every week per family when the balance is $3.75 or below. Parent or other guests eating lunch with a student must make reservations with the office prior to 9:00 a.m. on the day they intend to eat lunch. Breakfast is offered to students from 7:30 – 7:55 A.M.

- 4 -

Students who qualify for free or reduced lunches qualify for free or reduced breakfasts. The prices for lunch $2.80 Reduced $.40. Breakfast $2.10 Reduced $.30. NOTE: If your family qualifies for the free or reduced breakfast and lunch program, please complete the application and return it to the school principal as soon as possible. Otherwise, money must be sent for the first 10 meals. NOTE: NO CARBONATED BEVERAGES WILL BE ALLOWED IN SACK LUNCHES OR LUNCHROOM DURING LUNCH HOURS.

SECONDS AND EXTRA ENTREESFourth to Sixth grade may order an extra entrée and all elementary students who finish

most of their lunch may go back for seconds. There will be a charge for extra entree & seconds, even for students who otherwise qualify for free or reduced price meals. Before an elementary student will be allowed to go back for seconds, they will be required to eat all of the served meal with the exception that they may leave one half of one item. No student is required to eat any part of their meal, unless they wish to go back for seconds. Seconds price is $.50 per item. extra entrée $1.50. Families will be expected to pay for seconds and extra entrees in advance – even if the child qualifies for free meals.

SCHOOL HOURSThe Osborne Elementary School will operate between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:15

p.m. (2:15 on Wednesday). Students are not to come to school prior to 7:45 a.m. unless they are eating breakfast. There will not be anyone on duty to supervise them before this time. When students arrive at school, they are to go in the doors on the northwest side of the building and go directly to their classroom - or lunchroom, if they are eating breakfast. Students may not go to their classroom until 7:45 unless specific arrangements are made with the teacher.

For your convenience, the doors at the south end of the hallway are unlocked in the morning for use of students in ECD, Kindergarten, and First Grade. Please remind your students that they are not allowed to enter the building until 7:45 unless they are eating breakfast. If they arrive earlier, they should wait at the northwest entrance with other students. All bus students are to use the northwest entrance.

School will dismiss at 3:05 p.m. (2:00 on Wednesday) and all students that do not ride the bus are to leave the school grounds at this time unless they have permission from the teachers or principal to stay. If a student who normally rides is not riding the bus, please call the elementary school at least 30 minutes before dismissal so that we can notify the teachers.

SCHOOL TELEPHONE USEStudents can use the school telephone for school business. The student will need

permission from the classroom teacher, or office personnel before using the telephone. Students will not be allowed to use the telephone after school unless it is an emergency. Students should make arrangements with their parents prior to coming to school if they wish to do activities other than what is originally scheduled after school.

ATTENDANCE/TRUANCY  It is the policy of USD #392 that regular attendance is an important contributing factor to school success.  The board of education feels that school attendance is a privilege and not an imposition, and therefore encourages regular and punctual attendance of students to fulfill

- 5 -

assigned requirements as scheduled. Truancy is defined by the State of Kansas as any three consecutive unexcused absences, any five unexcused absences in a semester, or seven unexcused absences in a school year, whichever comes first.   The building principal shall report students who are inexcusably absent from school to the appropriate authority.  Students 13 and under shall be reported to the local office of Department of Children and Family Services.  Unexcused absences beyond the state limit will be reported each time they occur. In the event that absences become chronic the principal may require a doctor’s note for a child’s absences to be excused. ABSENCES

Parents/Guardians are required to contact the school office prior to 9:30 a.m. on the day when a student is absent.  We accept notification by personal contact, note, telephone (785-346-5491), or email ([email protected]). Notification of an absence must include the reason for the absence.  The building principal will then designate the absence as excused or unexcused (see definitions following).  Notification is required each day the child is absent. Any absence for which no notification is received by 9:30 AM will be considered unexcused.

DEFINITION OF EXCUSED ABSENCESIllness: An absence in which the pupil is too ill to attend school.  Parents must notify the

school prior to 9:30 a.m. on the day of a student’s absence.  If absences due to illness become excessive, the building principal may require documentation from a physician. As a rule of thumb, any absences past five in a semester will be considered excessive.

Family Emergency or Personal Business:  Any absence involving family matters that involves a child being away from school with parents or guardians.  Except in emergencies, advanced notification to the building office is required. The office will handle requests on an individual basis. Students are required to make the work up before the absence.  In the event of an emergency, the office should be notified by 9:30 AM if possible. Emergency absences will be considered excused or unexcused on an individual basis.

School-Sponsored activities:  An absence that will be excused if work is made up in advance for time missed.

Prior Approval:  For any other absence to be excused, parents must have prior approval from the building principal. DEFINITION OF UNEXCUSED ABSENCES

An unexcused absence is one in which the child spends time away from school without knowledge and consent of school authorities.  Specifically, those situations include, but are not limited to:

When a student is absent without the knowledge of parents, guardian, and/or building administrator;

When parents/guardians fail to contact the school to request an excused absence prior to the absence for planned or by 9:30 a.m. of the day of the absence for unplanned absences;

Any other absence that does not meet the criteria as defined in the “excused absence” information. CONSEQUENCES FOR UNEXCUSED ABSENCES

Consequences for unexcused absences include, but are not limited to: truancy notification to Social Rehabilitation Services and/or the County Attorney, detentions, in-school suspension and/or out-of-school suspension.

TARDIESIt is the student’s responsibility to be on time for all classes.  A student is tardy if they are

not in their classroom at the time designated for class to begin (8:00 a.m., 11:45 a.m. for afternoon ECD).  Parents/Guardians are required to contact the school if their child is going to be late getting to school.  Students that are tardy must check in through the office before entering

- 6 -

class.  A tardy becomes an absence after 8:30 a.m. A student who returns to school before the start of afternoon classes will receive credit for ½ day of attendance.  Three unexcused tardies will result in one unexcused absence.  Excessive tardies may result in disciplinary action. SIGN IN/SIGN OUT

No student may leave the school grounds during the school day without permission from the parent and/or guardian and the office. If students need to leave during the day, they may be picked up at the office by a parent (or other adult if the office has been notified by the child’s parent/guardian).  The student needs to check out at the office prior to leaving.  If a student is arriving after school begins, they need to check in at the office before they will be admitted to class.  Thank you for helping us maintain accurate records and for aiding in the safety and security of our student body by checking in at the office whenever your child arrives or leaves while class is in session. CONTACT INFORMATION

Parents are requested to provide contact information where they can be reached during the school day. In addition to their own contact information, we ask for one or preferably two alternate contacts that we can use if we are unable to contact parents. If we are unable to make contact with parents or alternate contacts, we will contact law enforcement to assist in contacting parents. This will apply if an emergency occurs at school, or if a child is left at school for more than 20 minutes after they are dismissed from class.

MAKE UP WORKIf an absence is excused, the student is assured the right to full credit for the make-up

work missed. Teachers will put date due on all make up assignments. If the child is absent on the date due, the assignments are due the day the child returns to receive credit. Failure to make up work in the prescribed time (Two days for the first day missed, one day thereafter) will result in a zero for the work.

Students will be given credit for class work done while on suspension. Make-up work needs to be picked up at the teacher’s classroom. We request that the

parents call ahead so the teacher can have sufficient time to have it ready.

HOMEWORKHomework is due at the start of class on the first school day after it is assigned unless the

teacher designates a different due date at the time the assignment is given.  Assignments handed in by the start of class on the first school day after they are due will receive a grade with a 20% deduction.  Later work will not be accepted for credit, but the student may still be expected to turn it in for correction and feedback.  If a student is not in attendance at the time homework is due, it becomes due when the student returns to class.

LIBRARY BOOKSStudents will be charged for lost or damaged library books. The charge will be the

replacement cost of the book or minimum charge, whichever is higher. Minimum charges will be $10.00 for a paperback and $20.00 for a hardback book.

VISITORS TO THE SCHOOLAny person who visits the school and/or grounds of the district will be under the

jurisdiction of the building principal. All visitors are to enter the building through the northwest entrance and are required to make their presence known to the building principal by reporting to the office upon entering the building and again when leaving the building. Violation of this rule

- 7 -

may lead to removal from the building or grounds - or denial of further access to the building or grounds. Part of our responsibilities include your safety and as well as that of your child

Parents are encouraged to visit their child’s classroom and spend time observing. We do ask that you try to AVOID VISITING DURING THE FIRST AND LAST TWO WEEKS OF SCHOOL. Prior notice of a parent’s classroom visit is a courtesy.

STUDENT DRESS* Students will wear clean clothes which are neat, tasteful, and appropriate for school activities and the weather. * Shoes must be worn at all times for reasons of safety and sanitation. Also for reasons of safety it is recommended that students wear closed-toed footwear that stays on their feet when running on the playground. No flip-flops or shoes with wheels will be allowed to be worn on the school grounds. Students are required to have a separate set of shoes, stored at school, to wear in P.E. class.* Shirts or blouses should be no less than sleeveless (no strapless, spaghetti straps, tank tops, mesh, or cropped tops worn as a single item.) Clothing should not expose a bare midriff during normal school activities. * Shorts, skirts, or dresses with deep v-cuts on the side may not be worn by either gender. Proper shorts or skirt will not embarrass the school or cause a distraction to the educational process. A good rule of thumb is that clothing should be no shorter than the end of the student’s fingertips when they hold their arms extended down their side. Shorts or leggings should be worn under skirts for modesty throughout the school day. Pajama pants are considered private home wear and are unacceptable for school attire.* No clothing that advertises alcohol, drugs, or tobacco may be worn to school. * Cutoffs or other clothing with excessive tears are unacceptable.* The transportation department requests that students bring a coat when they ride a bus during the winter months.* The wearing of any garment that depicts or suggests obscenity or is in bad taste will be considered sufficient reason for disciplinary action by the administration. *Due to changing fashion, the building principal has the authority to determine what is appropriate for any given day. *If any student wears improper attire, the principal has the authority to send the student home to change to acceptable attire. If a student is sent home, the student will be given an unexcused absence for the time missed.

REPORT CARDSReport cards may be mailed home if grades are D and/or F or at the principal’s discretion.

Parents can expect to receive reports of progress or lack of progress in a timely fashion. Teachers’ mid-quarter reports of unsatisfactory or satisfactory progress will be issued at the end of the fifth week if the student’s progress merits. Report cards will be issued within five school days of the end of each nine weeks.

PROMOTION AND RETENTIONIn the event an elementary student’s promotion is in question, the following procedure

will be followed:1. The teacher will communicate with the parents/guardians THROUGHOUT THE

SCHOOL YEAR to notify them of his/her concern. 2. The teacher will visit with the principal about these concerns NO LATER than the end

of the first semester.3. A panel consisting of the principal, classroom teacher, and any other staff member the

principal feels is familiar enough with the child to provide relevant input will meet to evaluate the child’s maturity, academic progress/standing, tests scores, general ability, motivation, and previous retention history, as well as to ascertain the teacher’s recommendations. This team will meet following step 2.

4. A meeting between parents and school representatives will be scheduled following step 3 to discuss the decision of the school concerning the child’s promotion or retention. The final decision rests with the principal.

AWARDS

HEALTHYour child’s health is an important factor in the success of our school. We are concerned

with the health of each child in each room. If your child complains of not feeling well, we ask that you check his/her temperature before sending him/her to school. No child should be sent to school with a fever. No child will be allowed to remain in school with a fever of 100.6 or above. A child may also be sent home when the symptoms of an illness are exhibited although there is no fever. This will be done at the discretion of the school nurse or school personnel.

Teachers are authorized to administer first aid for minor injuries at school. In case of illness or serious injury, parents or the emergency contact person will be notified. In the event they cannot be reached, the family doctor will be notified.

Board policy has been adopted which dictates that the following guidelines be followed regarding the administration of medication, prescription or over the counter (OTC), while the child is at school.

1. Written permission from the doctor or dentist MUST accompany all medication to be administered at school; this includes prescription and OTC drugs. A doctor’s written order on his Rx paper is sufficient to attach to the medication permit form.

2. The medication permit form MUST also be signed by the parent before the medication can be given.

3. The medication must come to school in a pharmacy container labeled with the Child’s name and the dosage instructions. If necessary, the pharmacy should be asked to provide two containers, one for home and one for school.

4. Only oral medication will be administered. 5. Any changes in type of drug, dosage, and/or administration time must be

accompanied by new doctor’s orders and parent permission signatures.6. An individual record will be kept by the school of each medication administered.

Students will not be permitted to take medication themselves if the necessary permission forms are not signed.

7. The Permission for Medication form is found at the end of the health section.8. OTC medications include cough drops, cold medication, and other remedies sold

over the counter to treat common maladies.

SUPERVISION OF MEDICATIONDiagnosis, treatment, and prescribing of medications are not the responsibility of public

schools and are not to be performed by school personnel.

CONTROL MEASURES FOR COMMON COMMUNICABLE DISEASES1. Chicken Pox – exclusion from school until vesicles are dry. Student may return to

school before scabs are gone, but they must be dry.2. Mumps – students will be excluded from school for 10 days after the onset of the

illness. The mumps vaccine, required for entry into Kansas schools, may be given any time after eighteen months of age.

3. Pink Eye – students will be excluded from school until the discharge from the infected eye ceases – responds readily to antibiotic treatment.

4. Impetigo (weeping, crusted sores) or Staph Infection – exclusion from school until receiving medical treatment.

5. Ringworm (fungus infection of the scalp or body) – exclusion from school until receiving medical treatment.

6. Measles (Rubella) – exclusion from school and isolated until seven days after onset of illness. The measles vaccine, required for entry into Kansas schools, may be given at twelve months of age.

- 16 -

7. Whooping Cough (Pertussis) – exclusion from school and isolated for twenty-one days following onset of illness. The pertussis vaccine, required for entry into Kansas schools, is a series of three injections given to infants with a booster at school entry time.

Optimum control of Mumps, Rubella, and Whooping Cough is dependent upon immunization. Immunization against these diseases and against others is required by law for all students entering school for the first time.

HEAD LICESporadic outbreaks of head lice that occur in the school populations.  Head lice live only

on the heads of people and is not the same louse that can infest animals.  Head lice are contracted through direct contact of one person with another or by contact with infested articles (such as combs, brushes, hats, bedding or upholstery.)  Lice infestations are not limited to one social, economic, or age group.

If your student has head lice, they will be required to go home and begin treatment.  School personnel will give parents detailed instructions on home care.  It is strongly recommended that you carefully follow the directions that come with the treatment you choose to use and the instructions given to you by the school.

The steps involved in eradicating Head Lice from your home include; initial treatment of your child and the rest of the family,  home cleaning procedures, daily inspection and combing to rid hair of nits, and a 2nd treatment in 7 – 10 days to eliminate any lice that may have been missed and/or hatched since the first treatment.  Please stop the spread of Head Lice by notifying the school, day care, other family and friends with whom your child has spent time with.

After initial treatment has been done, you may bring your child to the school for the school nurse to check or to the county health nurse.  No student will be admitted to school, allowed to ride the school bus, or attend school events until they have been checked by the school nurse or county health nurse and cleared.

Students should be warned not to share combs, brushes, hats or other personal item.  When you receive notice that a case of head lice was found in your child’s school, please use it as a reminder to check your child and other family members for head lice.  If your child has head lice, please inform the school so we can take precautions that it does not spread.  It is not a social disgrace, nor is it a sign of poor personal hygiene.  It is just bad luck and frequently this notification by the parents will help prevent the spread of lice.

Students who become re-infected within the school year must report to the nurse daily until they are free of nits.

ASBESTOSUSD #392 is committed to protecting the health of all students, employees, and visitors

and will continue to ensure that asbestos containing materials are maintained according to federal and state requirements.

The District is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of the information obtained through or stored on the system. The District will not be responsible for financial obligations arising through the unauthorized use of the system.

F. Personal ResponsibilityWhen you are using the system, it may feel like you can more easily break a rule and not get caught. This is not really true because whenever you do something on a network you leave little "electronic footprints," so the odds of getting caught are really about same as they are in the real world.

But the fact that you can do something or think you can do something without being caught does not make it right to do so. Even if you don't get caught, there is always one person who will know whether you have done wrong -- and that person is you. Your use of the Internet can be a mirror that will show you what kind of a person you are.

Letter to Parents or GuardiansThe school district is pleased to announce the establishment of Internet services for its students. This letter describes the Internet services. Attached are the following documents:

* Description of the various levels of student access through the system* Acceptable Use Policy* Student Individual Account Agreement (for secondary students only)* Parental Request to Restrict Access FormThe Internet is a global network that will provide your child with access to a wide range of

information from throughout the world. Your child will also be able to communicate with people from throughout the world. Use of the Internet for educational projects will assist in preparing your child for success in life and work in the 21st Century.

It is possible that your child may find material on the Internet that you would consider objectionable. The District Acceptable Use Policy restricts access to material that is inappropriate in the school environment. There may be additional kinds of material on the Internet that are not in accord with your family values. We would like to encourage you to use this as an opportunity to have a discussion with your child about your family values and your expectation about how these values should guide your child's activities while they are on the Internet.

The levels of access to the Internet provided to your child will vary according to the educational purpose and your child's age. The various levels of access are described in the attached document.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Technical Services Provided Through the System1) E-mail. E-mail will allow students to communicate with people from throughout the world.

Students will also be able to subscribe to mail lists to engage in group discussions related to educational subjects.

software.5) Newsgroups. Newsgroups are discussion groups that are similar to mail lists. The District

will provide access to selected newsgroups that relate to subjects that are appropriate to the educational purpose of the system.

- 21 -

6) Internet Relay Chat (IRC). IRC provides the capability of engaging in "real-time" discussions. The District will provide access to IRC only for specifically defined educational activities.

Levels of Student AccessThe following levels of access will be provided through the system. As noted in the enclosed letter, parents may request that their child not have any access to the Internet by signing and returning to the District the Parental Request to Restrict Access.

Implementation of Social Media in the ClassroomUSD 392 has approved the use of social media by staff. (“Staff” includes all teachers, coaches, and school activity sponsors.) Staff are permitted to communicate with students, parents, and the general public using an array of media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. These forums are available 24-7 and serve to support and promote the positive learning center we uphold at USD 392.

FACEBOOKWhile Facebook offers privacy tools to help limit who can see the things you share. It’s important to understand that any social media site, such as Facebook, is designed to be more open to social that traditional communications tools. In any case, the following guidelines will be implemented to protect the interest of all students and staff at USD 392.

Pages & GroupsMaking connections on Facebook is not limited to just friends. Through both Facebook Pages and Facebook Groups, you can stay connected with everyone that affects your child’s education. Facebook settings provide the option for staff to use their personal online profile account to create professional “Pages”. You can follow these Pages to see public updates from staff that you may share an interest with but aren’t friends with in Facebook. Pages may be used by staff to share information about their classroom, organization or sport activity quickly and easily with parents and students. In addition, staff members can create “Facebook Groups”. Facebook Groups are private spaces that allow people to come together around a common cause, theme, or activity, post photos and share updates or documents. When you create a group, you can decide whether to make it publicly available for anyone to join, require administrator approval f or members to join or keep it private and by invitation only. All professional Pages and Groups created by staff will be approved by school administration. Pages and Groups are separate from the staff’s personal Facebook account and do not contain any personal profile information about staff members.

Friends on Social MediaIn accordance with USD 392 Social Media Policy, students are not to “friend” staff and vice-versa on social media sites. (Adults of course can be “friends” with staff members if they so choose). Students will need to find the staff member’s professional Facebook Page or Facebook

- 22 -

Group and “like” or “join” the page. By clicking the “like” or “join” button, followers become eligible to receive news feeds and updates from the staff’s professional site. Parents, guardians, grandparents, and the local community are encouraged to follow these pages as well to stay current on the latest happenings in Osborne Schools.Staff members are not required to be accessible through social media. The decision to create a professional Page or Group for school related events will be left to the discretion of the staff member. Social media will NOT be our staff’s only mode of communication. Students and parents may continue to use traditional methods to communicate with staff.

Photos & Tags on Social MediaAt enrollment parents and guardians are asked to review and sign the Publication Consent Form granting the district permission to release photos and other information when needed for publication to the general public. Examples of these types of press releases are seen each week in the local newspaper, annual yearbook, radio and TV broadcasts. The same discretion will be used with posting the social media pages. No personal student information will be shared. Photos may be used to promote a positive learning environment or to highlight student achievement. No “Tags” will be used by staff members when a photo is posted. “Tag Requests” may be made by the parent or student. Staff members will approve tag requests only from a parent, guardian, or the student pictured.

TWITTERTwitter is a similar online social media forum. Students/Parents/Guardians can go to a staff member’s twitter account and click “follow”. Staff will not “follow” students twitter feeds. Both Twitter and Facebook require you to have an online account to access these sites. To learn more about either of these applications please visit https://facebook.com and/or https://twitter.com.

Nothing in this policy is intended to diminish the ability of the district to take other disciplinary action against the student in accordance with other policies governing student discipline. Drug and alcohol counseling and rehabilitation programs are available for district students. If a student agrees to enter and complete a drug education or rehabilitation program, the cost of such program will be borne by the student and his or her parents.

A list of available programs along with names and addresses of contract persons for the program is on file with the board clerk. Parents or students should contact the directors of the programs to determine the cost and length of the program.

A copy of this policy will be provided to all students, and the parents of all students. Parents of all students will be notified that compliance with this policy is mandatory.

The Osborne School website (www.usd392.com) and the district Facebook page (USD #392 Osborne County Schools) are school controlled and monitored websites used to inform our community about the many great events taking place at our school as well as to recognize the wonderful academic and extracurricular accomplishments of our students. Some of our teachers also have professional pages they use on social media. The Swan Song Yearbook is also school controlled and monitored. It is another way to recognize our students' accomplishments in a hardbound book form. The yearbook staff strives to include all students in whatever extracurricular or class functions they are involved in.At times, the school submits pictures to the area newspapers to use in addition to the pictures that the newspaper staff photographers take.Often, the best way to share our student's activities and accomplishments is through photographs or by recognizing students by their name. Some examples might include listing a student's name on the honor roll page, listing a student as student of the month, or posting a team or club picture on the extracurricular page. However, we also respect the wishes of parents/guardians, who may not want their child's name, work, or photo to be displayed on the school website or social media.
