ALTERNATE EDUCATION AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
PROGRAMS
Schuylkill Intermediate Unit provides a comprehensive range of services to Schuylkill County students who are
experiencing challenges in school, in their homes and in the community. These services include Day Treatment,
Partial Psychiatric Hospitalization Treatment and Alternative Education Programs. Referrals are accepted from
school districts, parents, Schuylkill County Children and Youth, Juvenile Probation and other mental health agencies.
