Overview:The Driver Meeting Room can accommodate up to 300 people and can be divided into three sections. It is an ideal place for an automobile unveiling and can be set into a classroom setting or for banquet purposes with three permanent projectors and five 47" LCD televisions mounted in the room.

Additional Information:Doors located on the side of the room can be used to drive a vehicle or piece of equipment through.

Overview:The exclusive Blackjack Club is located on the third floor of the media center with views of the Superspeedway and has a wrap- around outdoor patio. The room can seat up to 250 people and can be divided into two sections. There are eight 47" LCD televisions in the Blackjack club and a private elevator and lobby to access the room.

Overview:The Dining Room is an ideal location to host a hospitality food and beverage event while participating in one of the two driving schools located at Las Vegas Motor Speedway as it sits just feet away from Pit Road. There are indoor restrooms located on the first floor and this room seats 80 comfortably.

Overview:Located in the infield of the 1.5-mile Tri-oval, The Neon Garage is comprised of four garage buildings – constructed in the shape of a diamond. The center contains concession stands, a full-service bar, restrooms, display space and an ideal area for entertainment.

Overview:This track is home of an annual NASCAR weekend featuring a Sprint Cup Series Race and a Nationwide Series Race. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series also hosts an event at this facility. In addition, the facility is home to the Richard Petty Driving Experience and the Mario Andretti Racing School. The facility is suitable for national and regional motorsports events as well as manufacturer ride and drive programs, corporate events, commercial shoots, concerts etc.

Additional Information:The new state-of-the-art media center is suitable for classroom and various food and beverage functions.

Track FactsOverview:This 1.1 mile “training” course features 11 turns, an 1,100 ft. straightaway, electronic timing/scoring loop, concrete curbing and ample runoff.

Located on the interior of the Superspeedway in close proximity to garage space, this track may be reconfigured into two courses – a .76 mile (seven turn layout) and a .33 mile oval.

Overview:Measuring an overall 450’ x 66’, this NASCAR-equipped garage features 54 individual stalls and three additional inspection bays. The space is configured as two 12,000+ sq ft areas, separated by restrooms.

Located on the infield of the Superspeedway and in close proximity to the Infield Road Course and Superspeedway Pit Road, this garage is intended for vehicle storage and is suitable for tradeshows, classroom activity and food and beverage functions.

Overview:This 2.4-mile “racing” course features 12 turns, an electronic timing/scoring loop, concrete curbing and ample runoff. Six possible configurations, ranging from .75 to 2.4 miles are available. Two configurations may run simultaneously.

The adjacent paddock measures 300’ x 900’ and is ideal for autocross or pit parking. An additional accident avoidance simulation area measures 100’ x 900’.

The pit road control tower includes restrooms, a first floor registration room and a second floor control room. The registration and control rooms are each climate-controlled and suitable for up to 25 guests.

Overview:Measuring ½-mile, this groomed clay oval is banked at approx. 10- degrees.

The infield measures 780’ x 375’ and is available for excavation up to 6’ deep.

This facility includes two enclosed suites accessible by elevator, and permanent restroom facilities. The adjacent paddock area is lighted and measures 500,000 sq. ft.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the facility rental fees?Track rental fees are based on availability and specifics of the event.

How do I reserve a date?To reserve a date, an executed track rental agreement and non- refundable 50% deposit are required.

How far in advance may I reserve a date?Generally, you may reserve a date – with fully executed contract and non-refundable 50% deposit – up to one year in advance.

May I “hold” a date without contract or deposit?Generally, a date may be placed on a 24 hour “hold”. Should another client express interest in contracting for the date in question, you will be immediately notified. From the time of notification you will have 24 hours to either release or contract for the date.

When is the track rental balance due?The track rental balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Does LVMS offer Fire and Safety?Yes. At an additional expense, Fire/Safety coverage is required for all events involving a moving vehicle.

Explain the required insurance coverage?Liability coverage of $5 Million is required for any event. This coverage must name Nevada Speedway LLC, dba Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and Speedway Motorsports Inc. as “additional insured”. A sample certificate of insurance is provided within.

Is food and beverage service available?Yes. Levy Restaurants is the exclusive catering provider of LVMS. No outside catering is allowed.
