Introduction:

Can I see a show of hands of people experiencing, strange, unexplainable, annoying, uncomfortable, and totally random physical symptoms?

Yes, of course!

That would be all of us :)

I suffered through pure madness for about 7 years. I’ve encountered ugly rashes, pounding head aches, sleepless nights, extreme fatigue, aching joints, tendonitis, strange pressure near certain chakras…. You name it!

Do you want to know how I handled all of this?

I am almost embarrassed to admit it, but I handled it like a huge wimpy, baby!

It’s true.

See, I have been really into fitness my entire life. In fact, I was a personal trainer for over 10 years…even owned a gym at one point.

So, I am really health conscious and have a deep understanding to how the human body works.

So, when faced with a constant barrage of unexplainable, physical symptoms for which, at the time, was no known cure…

It drove me insane!

It drove me crazy because up until that point, I was able to keep my body at a pretty predictable and healthy state. I hardly was ever sick, stayed in shape year round, ate healthy, got a full 8 hours of sleep, drank plenty of water and enjoyed the benefits of such habits.

So, when I became riddled with all of these problems, it caused me tremendous stress, even beyond the annoying experience of the actual symptoms themselves.

However, as I always try to remember… Even in suffering, there is learning…there is a greater purpose.

Because of my inability to accept what was happening to my body, I worked tirelessly for years, experimenting with different methods, practices, and techniques in attempts to minimize my ascension symptoms.

After about 6 years I had a nice list of awesomely affective techniques that really did help ease my symptoms to a noticeable degree.

And around the 6 year mark, I discovered something very profound that took away nearly all of my symptoms. I will share that at the end, as well.

I have discovered 2 categories of Ascension Symptoms….

#1. Symptoms out of our control - inevitable side effects of raising our frequency

#2. Symptoms within our control - side effects from exerting resistance against the process

I make no claim to cure you of all of the ascension symptoms you are going through, but I can say with confidence is that if you heed my advice you will drastically reduce the symptoms that are within your control… many of which are the most uncomfortable and physical…such as,

• Fatigue• Aches & Pains• Kundalini Pressure in Forehead• Insomnia• Anxiety• Absorbing fear and other dense energies from other people• Drastic ups and downs (mood swings)• Dizziness (Light headedness)• Extreme Fatigue (Central Nervous System Burn Out)

These symptoms are mostly due to lifestyle habits that are out of alignment with you true, core, natural self.

I will create a section dedicated to all of these areas. This will provide you with practical steps that you can take right away, to start improving your ascension experience.

However, like with anything, you must take action.

This is the personal trainer in me, talking now…

My clients, collectively, over the years, for some reason always felt they had to have every one of their ducks in a row before taking action.

In a sense, it is always wise to plan before you act… However, our human minds tend to live a life full of planning with very little, actual action.

One of the fastest ways to minimize your physical-ascension symptoms is to eat foods that are in alignment with the process of awakening.

Now… with that said,

There is no simple, (1-2-3 Formula) that works perfectly for everybody.

So, regardless of what I have to say… I want to remind you that your own body is the ultimate authority…always.

One list is composed of foods to avoid & the other are foods to eat.Don’t worry, these are more like food categories, rather than specific foods you must or must not eat.

It also doesn’t matter if you are a vegan or not… were are all different and there is plenty of flexibility here…

Foods To Avoid:

- Alcohol… (just for this week :)- Sweets & Deserts- Processed Foods (anything in a box with more than a few

ingredients)- Bread & Flour Products- Caloric beverages- Dairy- Excessive amounts of condiments ( a little hot sauce, ketchup, and

mustard is fine)

Foods To Consume:

- Fresh Vegetables…(lots of them)- Fresh Fruit….(lots of them)- Nuts & Seeds- Any Potatoes (sweet potatoes or white potatoes)- Healthy Oils (coconut, olive, flax seed, hemp, etc…)- Fresh (preferably filtered water…ideally - alkaline)- If you eat meat (lean chicken & fish from ethical sources)

These foods that I am suggesting you DO eat are what many refer to as…(High Vibrational Foods).

What Classifies A Food As…High Vibrational?

- Contain a lot of water- Fresh and living- Devoid of pesticides or other chemicals (organic)- Nutritionally dense

The problem is…

Most people can’t live off only, high vibrational foods… In attempting to do so, you will find that, after a little while, you will be filled with intense cravings for junk food and find it a chore to eat enough calories each day… It’s also quite expensive and time consuming.

BUT…. you should eat a good amount of them on a daily basis.

In addition to your ascension going much more smoothly… and your connection with your body’s consciousness becoming very clear… you will also,

• Have tons of energy• Feel very clear headed• Have awesome looking, radiant skin• Get sick less often• Have less allergies• Look sexy!

I want you to eat whatever the heck you want… In fact, I would prefer if you ate a bunch of crap…No, not unhealthy foods in relation to the extremely healthy foods I suggested…. I mean… truly, unhealthy…straight up - junk foods…

Example,

• Pancakes for breakfast• Greasy burger for lunch• Pizza and ice cream for dinner

I want you to notice the difference.

I want you to experience how these foods cut you off from your source, your intuition, your body consciousness, and general feelings of well being.

I want you to experience just how far you came in a single week.

Plus… you are here on planet earth and the food is freaking good!Don’t deprive yourself.As long as you eat plenty of high vibration foods, and eat a diet that primarily consists of healthy, natural foods, you will be good to go :)

Chapter #2 - Stress Management

Stress is the #1 cause of ascension symptoms.

Now, with that said… managing stress is not easy to begin with but when you are constantly being bombarded by your surfacing ego drama, incoming light energies, and fast paced, life changes, it becomes freaking impossible!

Right?

Well, not exactly.

More of a challenge? Yes…

Impossible… no way.

To manage your stress and reduce your ascension symptoms we must shift our mindset.

We have to accept the fact that we are in a transitional phase, and though more difficult, with a little extra effort, managing stress is totally within our grasp.

I have found that the most effective way of reducing stress is to model the same techniques used by professional athletes.

Professional athletes have to put themselves through an unusual degree of stress and demands in order to maintain their elite level of athleticism and fitness.

Consequently, in order to not crumble under the intense demands of their workouts, they have to put extra energy into their “recovery.”

We are similar in that our body is currently dealing with a very abnormal level of stress due to the nature of ascension.

Fortunately, I have discovered that the same techniques they use works brilliantly for our purposes…

Don’t worry I am not going to suggest you pay for an expensive massage or acupuncture session.

You can achieve the same affect for free.

Chapter #3 - Muscular Strength & CNS Support/Efficiency:

In my early years, I was pretty diligent about the suggestions in chapter 1 & 2…

But once I began to chip away at the suggestion I am about to give you in Chapter 3, my ascension symptoms really started to go away…especially the FATIGUE.

Once I started strength training, I felt almost impervious to the horrible fatigue I used to get run down with…

For years, I stuck with yoga, martial arts, and long walks… which by the way, are all awesome, for a million different reasons…but… there is something unique about strength training.Strength training makes your CNS (central nervous system) stronger and more efficient.

In fact, did you know that when someone starts a strength training program, they don’t gain a single ounce of muscle mass for almost a month?

Little dose of personal training knowledge for ya :)

Well, it’s true…what does happen is the training stimulates your CNS to rewire itself to adapt to the demands of the training.

How does this play in to Ascension Symptoms?

Fatigue is due to our CNS becoming overloaded and burned out from the incoming energies.

You probably notice that you don’t only get physically weak…

Rather, it is a total- fatigue…

Your mind becomes tired… you feel like you have no “strut in your step,” and normal - every day movements become laborious.

This is because the stress is coming at you faster than your CNS can process it, therefor it is accumulating, resulting in, many times, extreme levels of chronic fatigue.

That is…unless you strengthen it with some good, old fashion - weight training.

How To Strength Train:

Please understand, I can only go into a certain amount of this information, for it would take me an entire book to communicate exactly how to do this…

However, youtube and google are amazing sources for learning new skills & combined with what I am about to share with you, I trust you can easily get yourself going on a nice routine.

- Pick compound exercises such as the, squat, dead lift, and military press…and work at becoming stronger at those lifts, slowly, over time.

- Look up some demonstration videos on youtube to see how to perform them correctly

- Slowly increase the weight you use by 2.5-5% every workout, for 3 weeks in a row…then take the 4th week off from the gym

- Perform 2-3 exercises only 2-3 times per week for about 3-4 sets of (3-5 reps) per exercise.

One way or another, get yourself lifting weights 2x per week, and slowly making strength gains over time and you will be incredibly happy that you did.

Your fatigue will nearly vanish and your body will become stronger and better at managing the incoming energies… in all ways.

The other obvious bonus is that strength training helps keep you at an ideal and healthy body weight, keeps your posture and joints nice and healthy, and helps you become the best version of yourself…

Chapter #4 - Cardiovascular Health:

By now you may have noticed that the primary theme is to get your physical body in as good of shape/condition as possible.

The Ascension Process is a physical process.We are literally, grounding higher frequencies into our body. You could view yourself as a conduit for this new energy.

Your cardiovascular condition is like the cornerstone to your overall fitness. Your heart is a muscle that pumps liquid vitality throughout every inch of your body.

Fortunately, exercising the heart muscle is quite pleasant.For this, I am going to recommend you establish the habit of going for a long walk at least 3 X per week.

Walking will help reduce your ascension for other reasons as well.

Walking is Awesome For Ascension Symptoms Because…

• It gets your out of your head…(stress reduction)• grounds and balances your kundalini energy (mental clarity)• strengthens your heart muscle (strengthening your body)• lets your consciousness expand (meditative)• circulates your blood (reduce aches and pains)

Lastly…walking is nice and pleasant, which makes it easy to get into a rhythm so you can do it consistently.

Chapter #5 - How To Stay Present (Consistently)

If there is ONE thing that could be said is the… primordial and fundamental reason… we get any Ascension Symptoms at all…. it would be because we struggle to stay present.

Only when we allow ourselves to drift away from the present moment…which by definition, takes us, “out of alignment” do we experience symptoms.

Now, of course, staying in alignment 100% of the time is not exactly easy here on earth, during the ascension process.However, I have discovered a way to stay in alignment most of the time.

For about 6 years I was able to remain present and in alignment for about 2-5% of my life.

Now I would guess I am in the present moment about 80% of the time.

I discovered something that has allowed me to literally cultivate the “Aligned State of Being” and train myself to remain there, consistently.

Previous to that, I would just find myself, randomly in this state of consciousness… It would seem to come and go, on it’s own.

Finally, after years or suffering through this process I declared that I would take matters into my own hands.I was tired of being an emotional wreck around my family. I wanted to be a stable father to my kids and a consistently nurturing husband to my wife.

I used to even cause dysfunction in my dogs!

I was unbalanced, emotional, and unpredictable.

I justified all of this and blamed it on the process of Ascension…which to some extent is true…

But, one day I hit an all time low…

After launching a black folding chair across my basement out of blind anger…shattering the main drainage pipe in my home… spewing water everywhere…

It hit me.

I don’t know how this simple notion could have escaped me for so long, but it finally dawned on me…

When I am in alignment, I am a GREAT father, husband, and dog owner :)

My life flows beautifully… almost magically.

I experience…

• More synchronicity• More joy• More ease• Less Awakening Symptoms• Less Stress• Increased Awareness• Increased Psychic Ability • Increased Intuition• Increased Compassion

My life is just 1,000 X better when in alignment.

This, seemingly obvious realization stuck with me and caused me to start asking myself…

“What if I could train myself to STAY in alignment?”

At this point I felt elated with possibility and inspiration. I knew I was really onto something here.

I decided that I would put together a morning ritual for myself designed to cultivate the (tuned in, turned on, tapped in) - state of being.

I figured if I just, practiced getting and staying in this state of being, I could eliminate virtually, ALL of my problems.

I had one of those, “lightbulb” ideas to combine many popular methods for creating alignment.

• Kundalini Yoga• Bioenergetics• Stillness Meditation• Visualization• Positive Affirmations• Pranayama (breathing techniques)

In the past I would dabble with only one at a time, but found that by itself, it would eventually lead to a state of imbalance.

For example…

Kundalini Yoga is extremely powerful… It can quickly raise your level of spirit energy that flows through your body, improving your psychic intuition, mental clarity, and many other things…

However, too much of it leads to imbalance, fatigue, and many of the unpleasant ascension symptoms.

For whatever reason, I felt compelled to combine these methods as a means of balancing all of it out.

So, for a few months I toyed around with different combinations of these until I finally found the perfect blend.

This routine is a combination of all of those methods, listed above and it puts me into an amazingly clear headed, grounded, and tapped in state of being.

Because I do this every morning, I have become good at remaining in that unique state of being…naturally, all throughout the day.

As a result, ALL areas of my live have drastically improved and most of my ascension symptoms are totally gone.

People tell me every day that they “like my energy” they resonate with me…

I know that it’s not “me” they like… Rather it is their potential selves whom they are fond of.I exemplify a state of being that they know they have the potential to embody.

Now that my youtube channel and blog is growing so much, I simply can’t help people on a (one- on- one) basis anymore…

For years I made the mistake of longing to get through with it.I wanted to be done, finished, out of here! Back to the ethers from where I came.

However, the reality is…you…me…and everyone else is basically stuck here a while.

So, with that in mind… since we are… after all getting to experience something so profound that it has the attention of…ALL of creation;

We might as well do our best to enjoy the ride.
