Schedule of Services

For the purposes of establishing a task order price for the Time and Materials (T&M) CLINs, the T &M total is the total of all such CLINs in the base period and the total of all such CLINs in each option period.

Option Sub-CLIN Increases: Included in the Option Periods are option increases to the CLINs based on increases in requirements. Access to USCIS immigration services is subject to significant change by Congress on less than one year's notice. In addition the Government may require additional effort to enable USCIS to recover from man-made and natural disasters. Since such significant changes can mean large-scale increases in USCIS workload, staffing and IT support requirements, the Government anticipates that it may need to make significant increases to the level of effort and ODCs within the same scope of work required under the SETI task order.

The sub-CLIN option increases will be done in increments as detailed below in the sub-CLIN descriptions. As with the option periods, although the sub-CLIN option increases to services are being priced and evaluated, the Government is under no obligation to exercise them. However, the Contracting Officer may exercise the sub-CLIN option increases at any point during the respective Option Period(s) by written notice to the Contractor.

Period of Performance: Task Order Transition (Base Period) and four twelve-month option periods (Award is anticipated on or about September 1, 2010 with full performance anticipated on or about November 1, 201 0). Full performance. after completion of transition tasks. shall not commence until a Notice to Proceed letter is issued by the Contracting Officer.
