The Quick List provides an immediate view of your hottest buyers, sorted by their Activity Index rating, with the most active buyers listed first.

The Activity Index is based on the total buyer actions in HomeScout®. Use it to determine who you should be watching each week.

The Online Now tab displays the number of active buyers who are currently logged in and searching for available homes in HomeScout.

The Quick List gives you the ability to review your most active buyers and quickly manage your buyer pipeline. Their phone numbers are conveniently linked so you can manage your business on-the-go.

Tap on the buyer’s name to pull up the Buyer Record page which provides in-depth activity reporting for that specific buyer.

The Buyer Record offers a quick look at a buyer’s activity on HomeScout over the past 90 days. Those activities include:

Dash Notes allows you to share notes between you and the real estate agent in regards to the mutual buyer. This feature allows the two parties to share information to ensure both the financial and real estate needs of a specific buyer are being met. Use it as a reminder, mark notable milestones or comment on a pattern of activity that should be documented as part of that buyer’s journey.

You can choose to share this information with a co-op agent or affinity group member by tapping on the appropriate checkboxes.

Notifications let you know when you have any new activity in the buyers Dash Notes. The Notification provides a link to the Buyer Profile page where the notes have been posted for seamless access.

Notifications

When a new notification is created, you will also receive an email with the link to view the content of the note.

Notifications allow you to gauge the priority of the message and how/when to follow up with that buyer.

The DASH (Daily Activity and Sales Hub)

The Dash tab gives you a comprehensive view of your buyers’ activities on the Dash page.

Your buyers are automatically sorted by those that have the highest activity index. You can identify which platforms the buyers are registered for (Home Scouting®, HomeScout® and Sold Home Alert®). Tap Filters to sort the activities of your buyers.

You can enroll buyers into Sold Home Alert® directly from your Dash. Tap on Enroll into platform and fill in the form with their contact information. Sold Home Alert is an effective drip campaign to keep you in front of your customers after closing. Everyone should be getting Sold Home Alert.

Note: The Dash also indicates which buyers have been invited to enroll in the new HomeScout platform.

The Fish Bowl Overview

The Fish Bowl is a news-feed that gives you atransparent view of HomeScout buyer activity inreal-time. Gain insight into your buyer pipeline as you watch buyers register, login, view properties, save searches, add favorites, add comments, schedule showings and use the mortgage calculator as it happens.

The Filter by Customer feature is a time-saving way to sort through all news-feed reporting and only view the activities of a specific buyer.

Clear the filter field to return to all buyer activities.

Tap Filters to sort through specific buyer activities in HomeScout.

The address links in the Fish Bowl are clickable so you can view the properties buyers are searching in HomeScout.

Use the fish bowl to view buyer activity in your pipeline and which properties your buyers have recently looked at prior to contacting them.

My Radar Page Overview

My Radar is your custom page to see the buyers you opted to follow. This feature is activated on the Buyer Record page by tapping the Follow button.

Use the Follow button to keep abreast of the buyers who have high search activity so you won’t lose sight of them.

If you know someone looking to buy/sell soon but they have not had much activity on HomeScout, put them on your Radar.

If you want to give extra attention to a friend or relative, a new LO or agent, put them in your Radar.

Sharing the HomeScout app Overview

From the desktop version of the Dash app the HomeScout Share feature can be found in the “Relationship Management” menu.

• Tap Business Resources• Tap on Business Source name• Tap the Share HS button• Choose sharing option

Invitations can still be sent to new customers to enroll into HomeScout. That customer will automatically be directed to their specific app store to download the HomeScout app and will be added as a buyer in your Dash.

Business Source Record Overview

Find Real estate Agent Relationships under Relationship Management / Business Sources. Tap on the name of an agent to see their individual record that includes all of their contact information and gives you the opportunity to send them a text, email or call them directly from the Dash mobile app.

Manage your business relationships easily from the Business Source Record page. Tap on a name and then tap on View Buyers Activity to see all HomeScout activity from this source.

Tap on the My Info link to see your profile page. Double check that your information is correct. If any changes need to be made contact HBM Client services.

Activate Consumer Activity Reporting and share the app using the “Share Homescout” tab or post to your Facebook account.

My Info Upload Photo

Upload and edit your picture on your profile page by tapping on the Pencil next to yourexisting picture. If you have not uploaded a photo the default image will display.

Tap Browse to search your computer for theimage you want to use on your Profile page.

Select the photo you want from your computer. Adjust placement and size of your photo inside the circle using the slider feature.

Don’t forget to save your edits!
