Good Emulators are hard to find so I will recommend a website that is a safe and free way to download, A Rom is the games data that the emulator takes and uses to make the game work. The web site is www.coolrom.com and is the one that I use to get emulators and roms.

How to save states and play game with cheats.

With cheats I say get them from www.gamegenie.com and type the codes where it says enter code.

With save states first you pick which slot to save than save at that spot and click open to start from that state/
