WehaveauditedtheaccompanyingseparatefinancialstatementsofHyosungCorporation(the“Company”),whichcomprisetheseparatestatementsoffinancialpositionasofDecember31,2015and2014,andtheseparatestatementsofincome,comprehensiveincome,changesinequityandcashflowsfortheyearsthenended,andnotes,comprisingasummaryofsignificantaccountingpoliciesandotherexplanatoryinformation.

Management’s responsibility for the financial statementsManagement is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of these financial statements in accordance with theInternationalFinancialReportingStandardsasadoptedbytheRepublicofKorea(KoreanIFRS)andforsuchinternalcontrolasmanagementdeterminesisnecessarytoenablethepreparationoffinancialstatementsthatarefreefrommaterialmisstatement,whetherduetofraudorerror.
