3.1 The Manual set up EPSON Printer for Tab2pay on iOS

Path 1: Setting

In total, we separate the main menu for Tab2Pay application in 7 menus, which shown below: (1) Store > For shop selling management, its contains a Checkout in cash and credit card system. (2) Bill Management > For checking and managing bill everyday and searching by date time. You

can also printing and cancel selling bill. (3) Product Management > For adding product category and another product with product detail,

product ID and discount. (4) Dashboard > For check out the detail and analyst the total of product selling by checking out

today, yesterday, a week, a month and a year. (5) Customer > For customer menu, you can note the customer detail like Name, date of birth,

address, phone number and email. It used for discount information or special offer for daily customer.

(6) Setting > For this menu, it used in the application like store detail, Hardware setting, bill setting, Checkout with credit card setting and staff setting ,etc.

(7) Tutorial > For a simple introduction for the way to work of each menu

1.1 Setting Menu Setting Menu is a menu for shop setting like shop detail, staff and Hardware in the business that shown detail below:

1.1.1 Shop setting

Go to shop setting menu in order to add product detail. Shop detail will be shown on the bill in the next Checkout below: (1) Shop name Fill shop name in order to show in receipt (2) branch Fill shop branch in order to show in receipt (3) address Fill shop address in order to show in receipt (4) Phone number Fill shop phone number in order to show in receipt (5) email Fill shop email (6) google analytic Fill google analytic account (If have) for checking the sales report on

google analytic (7) Tax ID Fill tax ID in order to show in receipt (8) Tax detail Fill detail in order to specify If the vat include

(9) Shop Logo Add shop’s logo in order to show in Bill (Can set logo to show in Bill with Bill setting menu) Click save after complete all the detail, which will shown in the bill automatically (Accept logo showing that we need to set in bill setting).

1.1.2 Bill Setting

In Bill setting, you can set to enable display on the bill by enable detail on the bill is shown below:

(1) Selected receipt format > The bill format have 2 kinds for using

1st Format 2nd Format

(2) Print shop logo > Enable show logo on the bill (logo icon from shop setting) (3) Print RD > Enable show number RD

(4) Print customer information > Enable show customer name on the receipt (5) Suffix > Add suffix statement for example shop statement or thank you word in the bottom of

the receipt

1.1.3 Hardware Setting

Hardware setting is used for increase business using efficiency by selecting a used printer and enable an automatic drawer while getting a Checkout include set the IP address of the printer inside LAN circuit with the router before print.

The accessories used for shop management that can use with tab2pay application is shown below:

Printer generation (1) EPSON TM-T81 (Port Ethernet) (2) EPSON TM-U220 (Port Ethernet) (3) EPSON TM-88V-i (Port Ethernet) (4) Star Micronics TSP650i (Port Ethernet) (Setting IP inside LAN circuit will be talked in next section) Cash drawer (1) BSC cash drawer

1.1.4 Checkout Setting

Checkout setting with credit card, customer need to have a card reader and enable card reader from bank before start using Checkout with credit card. Nowadays, this application is support with mPOS card reader from KASIKORNTHAI bank only. You can order from all KASIKORNTHAI bank branch in Thailand or contact more detail at tab2pay@digio.co.th

1.1.5 Staff Setting Staff setting is used for shop that have a lot of staff and need to manage staff while using the system which mean who sale what and how much.

1.1.5.1 Using as Administrator and setting Password Enable setting staff by go to Staff menu and set as Administrator or Staff directly. Enable Multiple Staff work and set Administrator first by set password and confirm password on more time for set Administrator id for login to the application which will contains add cashier staff tab after login.

1.1.5.2 Adding Cashier Staff

Adding cashier staff is available by click on add staff and complete staff detail for example Name, Password and Authority for using another menu in the application by choosing Enable or not from each topic menu that appeared.

1.2 Product Management Product management can manage product category and product by provide the product detail and number of product will described below

Product management Functions:

(1) Add & edit category (2) Add & edit product (3) Delete product (4) Search product (5) Export product to CSV

1.2.1 Add & edit product category

1.2.1.1 Adding product category

(1) Click on + mark on the Category title for adding the category name (2) After adding, Category name is appeared on the left side (3) Click on that product category and add product name (4) Choose "SAVE" to save a product or choose "CANCEL" for cancel adding product

1.2.1.2 Edit product category

(1) Slide category name tab to the left side for edit or delete the product category. (2) Click Edit for edit category name and fill the new category name

1.2.2 Add & edit product

1.2.2.1 Add product

(1) Click on + mark and choose Add Product for adding the product detail (2) Add product detail as Name, Price, Product ID, Discount (If have), Free product, vat counting

on that product, Stock product, Product show in the Store (3) BoM (Bill of Material) or cost of the product material (4) After complete the product detail, click on Add button for add product in to the category (5) Enable export product list to CSV (6) The non-category product will automatically in the group of non-category product.

1.2.2.2 Edit product

(1) For edit, go to product category and then choose the product than needed to edit. (2) Fill all the edit detail (3) Enable to change the product background only by click on the image and choose the colour.

What’s more, Name of the product length is 5 character

(4) Click edit for save the edited product

1.2.3 Delete Product

(1) Choose the product that need to delete (2) Click on delete mark, it will appear the X mark on each product of that product category

(3) Enable to delete the product that want to delete by click on the appeared X mark on the top right side of the product.

(4) After clicking, the product is deleted from the category

1.2.4 Product Searching in Product Management Enable searching product on the search box by the way shown below:

(1) Click on product name in searching box for searching (2) Searching product will appear in searching area (3) Choose wanted product, while click on the product it will show the product detail for check up

1.2.5 Export Product to CSV

Enable export product list in stock to CSV file by: (1) Click on Export as CSV on the bottom left side of the screen (2) Fill the email that need to sent to (3) Click send email for export product list file

Path 2: Sales list

2.1 Store management After add product from product management, the product will appear on the shop and shop have a priority as shown below: (1) All Product > Click on product category and choose product that need to sale (2) Checkout > checkout (3) Save > Enable pause bill or save bill (4) Retrieve > Retrieve bill for reCheckout (5) Discount > Discount on the bill and choose kind of discount (in percent or cash) (6) Clear > Delete all product in the bill by click on this button

2.1.1 Selection Product list

After select product list, the product list will appear on the right side waiting for Checkout or add new function such as save bill or discount. In the case that need to Checkout, click on Checkout button is finished.

2.1.2 Checkout (Cash) After click checkout, it goes to payment list that have 2 modes of payment is Checkout with cash or credit card. In case of checkout with credit card, it needs to connect to the card reader (mPOS) first. In case of checkout with cash, it just need to fill get money amount and then checkout. After click checkout, it will show you about your change amount and print receipt and start a new payment.

2.1.3 Pause Bill or Save Bill After choose the product, but not yet paid just pause bill and save and then add name of bill or table and click save on more time. The saving bill will show and called while have a payment by click on retrieve from this page or in front of the shop.

2 Bill Management While you do a sale list everyday, you can go to see a selling list every time by searching with date time and print it again( reprint receipt) and also cancel receipt while you want to cancel that selling. In case of cancel the receipt, it can not edit the receipt again and it will become red letter, which mean it canceled. In case of setting the staff priority in cancelling the sell is in staff management section.

2.3 Sale Dashboard Menu While you do the sale everyday, you can check out all the sale list in graph, average of all oder, average of income and average all each bill from this menu and also check out with period of time that we want like today, yesterday, this week, this month and this year.

2.4 Customer Setting Customer menu is saving customer who is a member and also add customer by click on + mark and then fill name and customer detail include customer ID and click “Save” for saving.

After complete the detail and add customer into the menu, it will show out all the customer name on the right side. If you click on the customer name it will show you about customer detail and edit customer detail while you choose “Edit” button and save while you finish editing.

While you want to delete customer, you slide the tab name to left side and click on “Delete” button for delete customer from the system.

Path 3: Set up IP Printer

3.1 Installation guide Epson Printer for Tab2Pay in iOS

If the new Printer, its default IP address is 192.168.192.168, which means we need to set a new IP address into the system before using.

1. Choose Setting > Wifi > i mark below connected Wifi name

2. If The Title is DHCP, you need to change it to static.

! * You should note all the original value before setting the new value

3. Fill the Printer’s IP as 192.168.192.169 4 .Fill Subnet mask field as 255.255.255.0

5. Choose “Done” and leave Setting 6. Go to Safari and fill http://192.168.192.168 on the top and click Go 7. Choose TCP/IP in Configuration

8. Change from Auto to Manual in Get IP Address 9. Fill IP address by get reference from old IP 3 packs of iPad for example if the old IP of iPad is 192.168.1.2 the new IP address should be 192.168.1.xxx 10 .Fill Subnet Mask from the old Subnet Mask from iPad 11. Fill IP address of Router Default Gateway

12. Click Submit and wait for Printer 13. Setting -> Wifi reset all to the old value 14. Get new IP address fill on Network Name in Tab2Pay

15. Testing Printer by order print and checking that If the printer and drawer same with router from the image shown below
