Our Compensation Plan

Wur Marketing Plan is based on the concept of ‘Beauty Through Building Networks’. What this means is that you

use your existing relationships with people in your lives today to build a network of like minded people, most of whom you will not know now. in building such networks, you will accomplish 2 very important things:-

• Help product users to maintain and improve their natural beauty through the use of natural and organic products that work; and

• Help network members to build a viable business that will lead to an improvement in their lifestyles and to empower them to achieve their life dreams.

While researching how to set up our Marketing Plan, we found many different types of plans being used. from the simple one income stream plans to so-called ‘hip’ new age plans that offer you incomes from over 30 streams and some how allow you to build significant income streams by just being a member.

What we found in most cases was that you would need a Phd in nuclear Physics to understand most of the plans - and then with some difficulty. How can you build a business when you have no idea how much you are actually earning from your efforts or even what is the best way to structure your business to maximise your earning power.

Permanent Ranks - Once you qualify for a rank such as gold Associate or Diamond you will never lose it – well at least not until you achieve the next rank. Your income at each level may fluctuate each month according to your group Business volume but nobody can take your rank away as long as you remain an Active Associate.

Generation Bonus

• To earn 10% on your 1st generation You must sponsor 1 Active Associate and your group Business volume must be not less than 360 Pv.

• To earn 15% on your 2nd generation You must sponsor 1 Active Associate and your group Business volume must be not less than 360 Pv.

• To earn 15% on your 3rd generation You must sponsor 1 Active Associate and your group Business volume must be not less than 360 Pv.

• To earn 12% on your 4th generation You must sponsor 2 Active Associates and your group Business volume must be not less than 1,000 Pv of which at least 500 Pv must come from 2 different networks each.

• To earn 3% on your 5th generation You must sponsor 2 Active Associates and your group Business volume be not less than 2,000 Pv of which at least 1,000 Pv must come from 2 different networks each.

• To earn 3% on your 6th generation You must sponsor 3 Active Associates and your group Business volume must be not less than 6,000 Pv of which at least 2,000 Pv must come from 2 different networks each.

• To earn 3% on your 7th generation You must sponsor 3 Active Associates and your group Business volume must be not less than 9,000 Pv of which at least 3,000 Pv must come from 3 different networks each.

Our generation Bonus has a compression feature which means that all inactive Associates under you will be removed for the purposes of calculating your generation Bonus. This compression effect can significantly increase the value of your generation Bonus.

Leadership Bonus

An Associates’ promotion is determined by the volume of group Sales (Pv) in any givenmonth. Pvs cannot be carried forward to future months. To qualify for the LeadershipBonus, the Associate must have achieved personal sales volume of not less then 180Pv.

The Override Bonus paid to the qualifying Associate is the difference between theLeadership Bonus percentage due to the Associate on total group Sales for the monthand the Leadership Bonus percentage payable to the Associate’s immediate downlines in any of their networks.

The group Sales for the above network would be 720Pv. The Leadership Bonus payableto u would be rM45 calculated as follows:

gross Leadership Bonus to u (2 Star) = 720Pv X 10% = rM72

However, Leadership Bonuses also have to be paid to A, B and C from the same pool of group Sales as follows:

Performance Bonus

The third component of the Taahira Power of 4 Plan is the Performance Bonus, which isa binary based matching bonus.

The Performance Bonus is calculated from your placement tree. You will be compensated based on successfully building sales volume within your placement tree. Your sponsor (or anyone else in your placement tree) may also place people in your placement tree. As your group begins to grow, you will be entitled to Performance Bonuses based on the total sales volume generated in your minor network.

To be eligible for the Performance Bonus, you must have personal sales of at least 180 Pv and have at least one personally sponsored active Associate in at least 2 different networks. The Performance Bonus is based on a points system and is calculated daily and

paid out fortnightly. The Performance Bonus is limited to rM1,000 daily and rM30,000 monthly for any Associate irrespective of rank. Any unmatched pairs at the end of each day will be carried over to the next day and will not be flushed.

The following is a sample calculation of the Performance Bonus.

When an Associate sponsors only 1 Associate, the sponsoring Associate will not beentitled to any Points in the Performance Bonus. When an Associate sponsors 2 Associates, the sponsoring Associate will be entitled to 18 Points (10%) in the Performance Bonus for the team in his network. This is the first matching pair. The matching pairs must always be in a different network from each other. There is no depth (generational) limit to the matching of pairs.

The Company will set aside 3% of total Pvs for a Car Bonus Pool. To qualify forparticipation in the Car Bonus Pool, the Associate must:

On achieving qualification for the Car Bonus for the first time, the Assoicate will be awarded 20,000 car points (CP) for down payment on a car.
