T24 Business Analyst/Developer Bermuda Commercial Bank “BCB” is recruiting a highly qualified individual to fulfil the role of T24 Business Analyst/Developer. The T24 Business Analyst/Developer is responsible for playing a key role within the IT support and development team with specific focus on the support and enhancement of the mission critical core banking system T24 and the Internet System NetTeller. This position works closely with other team members within IT and liaises with business departments as well as external support and system vendors. This role reports to the Chief Information Officer. Role and Responsibilities In coordination with BCB staff, software vendors, consultants and clients, the T24 Business Analyst/Developer will: Live Support Maintain the availability and technical integrity of the Bank’s live systems, in particu- lar, Temenos T24 and NetTeller. The T24 Business Analyst/Developer is required to: l Monitor and Operate production environments and interfaces l Monitor and Operate all development and test environments and interfaces l Analyse and troubleshoot system and interface issues l Liaise with Temenos and NetInfo to log issues, collect information to document issues, discuss and review proposed solutions, test and apply data and code fixes l Support and guide business users to review, test, and apply data and code fixes l Implement and test monitoring of automation tools and scripts l Support of business and IT users of the systems and interfaces, specifically in the case of technical issues l Support the review, testing and installation of vendor updates of components of their systems l Support the Close of Business (CoB) processes l Support of the INSIGHT reporting platform Development and Enhancements Provide guidance and support within IT and implement enhancements and changes based on approved user requests in all areas in and around T24 and NetTeller, in particular: l Database administration, design and extension l T24 Application development (Versions, routines, enquiries, SMS etc.) l Enquiries l Interfaces l Insight Reports Execute all stages of the Software Lifecycle, from analysis, development, unit testing and documentation, to support for User Acceptance Testing and deployment Implementation Project Provide guidance and support for all implementation streams of the Core Banking implementation project for T24 and NetTeller. In particular, support of: Data Migration: operating and support of the T24 and NetTeller Migration Envi- ronments; support of Data Uploads, issue analysis and reconciliation; execution of Migration and Conversion COBs and system and interface preparations Test Phases: operating and support of the T24 and Net Teller Migration Environ- ments during the SIT and UAT test phases; setup and support of SMS, execution of COBs and Interfaces Knowledge transfer to other team members within the IT department Liaise with external vendors Person Specification Expert knowledge of the Temenos T24 system, specifically AA, FT & Teller, Securities and FX Modules; T24 Accounting knowledge a plus Development and support of T24 Interfaces, e.g. Bloomberg, Internet Banking Expert knowledge of Jbase language and InfoBasic Knowledge of T24 operations and support with multiple application servers and a relational database (SQL Server a plus) Knowledge of Java, C#, asp.net, sql would be beneficial but not essential Prior experience and proven ability to work with Temenos, preferably help desk Banking and Financial Services knowledge Ability to train and support others Excellent communication skills (oral and written) The Bank seeks to employ individuals who have the ability to exhibit the below behaviours Customer Focus Communication Proactive Problem Solving Teamwork Skills Achieving Results Planning & Organising Compensation will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experiences and will include a base salary and a discretionary performance related bonus.
