Operational Sequence

Label Feeding SystemThe DF-600Series is designed to automatically dispense an individual label from a stack andposition it onto the garment arm of the Dennison Plastic Ticket Tacker Machine for fastening.The system is available as a complete unit with Dennison Staple Machine, Machine Stand andLabel Feeder System, or as a retro-kit to be installed by each plants personnel on a previouslyobtained Dennison Staple Machine.

CONDITIONS:

A. Power and air are turned on.B. System is in the “Cycle On” mode.C. A label is positioned onto the garment arm of the Dennison staple machine.

SEQUENCE: OPT 1 – RAPID LOAD

1. The operator positions a garment to the label and actuates toggle switch or footpedal.

2. The Staple machine activates, fastening the label.3. The label delivery cylinder (D) is retracted.4. The label load cylinder (C) extends, placing a label into the delivery jaw.5. The load cylinder (C) retracts and a label is dispensed into the hold jaw (B) by the

feed cylinder (A).6. When the garment is removed from the garment arm, exposing the reflective tape,

the delivery cylinder (D) positions a label onto the staple machine garment arm.

SEQUENCE: OPT 2 – DELAYED LOAD

1. The operator positions a garment to the label and actuates toggle switch or footpedal.

2. The staple machine activates, fastening the label.3. The label delivery cylinder (D) is retracted.4. When the garment is removed from the garment arm, exposing the reflective tape,

the label load cylinder (C) extends, placing a label into the delivery jaw.5. The load cylinder (C) retracts and a label is dispensed into the hold jaw (B) by the

feed cylinder (A).6. The delivery cylinder (D) positions a label onto the staple machine garment arm.
