Challenges Several ideas (Race Day Events, Verona HS

senior trip) didn’t work out due to timeframe, had to pivot

Didn’t seem to have a full grasp on how pricing worked

Price of the shirt—had a hard time guessing how many we’d sell, hard to set a price point

Target an organization or an event

Make sure ALL logistical issues are taken care of (all costs, shipping method, correct sizes, etc.) so everything runs smoothly
