automated Clinic

Intake Forms The form submissions are

collected in Survey Monkey,

and sent up to 5 results at a

time for law student intake and

attorney matching through the

TFJA Referral Network.

A law student reaches out to

client through Legaler to schedule

a 15 minute meeting. Automated

reminders are sent to client

before the meeting. See sample

email.

At meeting, law student checks in with

client, makes sure client has a legal issue

in TN, goes over clinic expectations and

forms, and troubleshoots any technology

problems with client. See sample script.

The Match

Law student reaches out to

video clinic legal network to

find a good fit for client.

During initial launch of

project, this is video clinic test

group and TFJA referral

network. See sample e-mail. Using lawyer's

preferred times and

Legaler's scheduling

app, law student

schedules a virtual

meeting with client and

lawyer.

On day of meeting,

automated reminders are

sent via Legaler to client

and lawyer. Law student

makes sure everyone is

connected, and then logs

off.
