Each high performance product has been formulated in answer

to specific flooring requirements and provides contractors with

bespoke solutions to the wide variety of conditions found on

site. Underlayments incorporating the latest ultra-rapid drying

technology allow floorcoverings to be installed in as little as

General PurposeUnderlayments

F. Ball Red Bag and Green Bag are general purpose

underlayments that will cater for the majority of floor

smoothing/levelling circumstances faced by contractors.

The capability of STOPGAP Green Bag may be further enhanced

by the selection and use of admixture liquids to suit a

specific application.

Many floors require more preparation than simply the

application of a smoothing underlayment. F. Ball have

developed a range of repair and finishing compounds to

tackle most situations ranging from repairing a cracked floor to

applying a surface wearcoat.

When using F. Ball Repair and Finishing compunds it is

important to select the most appropriate for the purpose, eg

depth of repair, and several are specially formulated for exterior

use such as under artificial grass.

directly over old adhesive residues, this self-smoothing product

provides the ultimate, cost-effective solution to dealing with

adhesive residues, which would otherwise require lengthy and

costly mechanical removal.

Utilising the latest cement technology, STOPGAP 1200 PRO

offers superior flow characteristics and is ready to receive new

floorcoverings from only four hours.

of subfloor types and as it is protein and ammonia
