These mirror the success of our physical events. We bring 10-15 decision makers together for a

thought-provoking discussion on specific business topics. Discussions are interactive and moderated

neutrally.

These are typically larger than our roundtable discussions, bringing together between 30-60 guests. The discussion is led by a panel of 4-5 key panellists

rather than all the guests being allowed to participate.

VIRTUAL ROUNDTABLESWe provide neutral, pitch-free environments focused on creating a relaxed atmosphere for decision-makers to come together and build relationships while sharing experiences on specific topics. This can be either industry-specific or cross-sector and is entirely hosted online. Having guests discuss a relevant issue amongst peers of similar seniority allows them to open up and challenge each other to a passionate conversation that creates a base for a relationship based on personal trust. This means participants can get a good understanding of the company’s offering, without the need for a pitch.

As well as running virtual roundtables, The Ortus Club also organises panel discussions that can include masterclasses or workshops. The sessions are typically hosted over a two-hour time frame and will be attended by 30+ guests from your target audience. The exact agenda is dependent on your requirements, will be designed around your brand and there is a possibility to add a short presentation after the panel discussion. FAQ

Can we send presents or tokens to the guests? Yes, we can send all guests an event pack prior to the event to increase engagement. A token or present can be included in this pack. Please note this is subject to participants’ openness to share their mailing addresses.

Do you have a database?Yes, but this should not matter. We are experts in sourcing data from scratch and in a bespoke manner.

Have you run events in this sector before?Again, this should not matter. We can run events anywhere and have hosted discussions for many different sectors. Our events are successful because we manage to get the right people there.

What if you don’t manage to get enough guests in the virtual room?We guarantee a minimum number of guests for each event depending on the target audience.

Will the guests share their knowledge if their competitors are in the room?Yes. We make it very clear from the start that our discussions are confidential and that guests represent their own opinions and experiences and not those of the companies they are with. Any breach of that is directly against our privacy statement. We will also never force anyone to share anything they are not comfortable sharing.

How long do you need to organise everything?The ideal event would start 5 weeks from the moment you provide the list of companies but can also be organised with less time.

Will you be at the event?Yes, of course. Several members of our team will be present during the event.

Is there a limit to the number of people that can attend each event?This depends on the type of the event. Typically, we limit the number of participants but not the number of spectators.

Who should attend from our end? The obvious choice would be to invite your sales team. However, for virtual discussions, given the seniority of the other participants, the best discussions are those where the client also brings someone senior enough to be able to relate to the experiences faced by the guests.

Can we display a demo or powerpoint presentation?It is not recommended to present a long presentation unless specifically relevant to the topic, but we can make time at the end of the knowledge-sharing to display your presentations and host a Q&A.
