Auction ProceedingsAt check in, each guest will be assigned a bid number. You must use your bid

number for your bid to be valid.

Silent Auction Rules

Each auction item has a corresponding bid sheet. To bid, you must write your bid number and amount on the bid sheet.

The Silent Auction tables will start a “rolling” close by table category as out-lined in the schedule, in ten minute increments, starting at 8:30 pm and the final

tables will be closed at 9:40 pm.

The final bid, highlighted by the check out committee, consitutes the winning bid. A copy of the bid sheet will be left on the table for the bidders information.

In the event of a dispute, the auction co-chairs act as the final authority and determine the winning bid.

All sales are final. Items purchased cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, credit or exchange.

In the event you are not able to stay for check out, you will be contacted on Monday, March 30th to

finalize your purchase and arrange for pick up of the item.

Door PrizesDoor Prize drawings will be held throughout the evening. Your bidder

number will be the number that will identify you for the drawings. Once a bidding number is called, that item and the bidder number will be retired

from the door prize drawing pool. Door prize items may be picked up at check out at the end of the auction. You must be present, with the winning bidder

number, to win a door prize item.

Check Out Procedures

Payment in full is required before any items can be claimed. Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover will be accepted.

There will be four check out stations: one for cash/check and the other 3 for credit card payments.

Purchased items may not be picked up from the Silent Auction area until payment has been made.

Kenny’s Key Lime Pie Kenny was first introduced to Key Lime pie at the age of 9 (1966) by his grandfather “Pappy” while visiting Atlanta during the holidays. Kenny’s grandparents had moved to Coral Gables, Florida from Atlanta in the 1950’s. Pappy would say, “We need to get the boys down to Miami on vacation and treat them to some Key Lime pie”, which was his favorite.
