 Accessing the Website ONE Design is powered by Xpressdocs.

Access through onelogin (https://realtyonegroup.onelogin.com/portal/), SSO is set up using your zONE credentials. Log in with your zone username and password.

You will be asked to confirm your office location, this will only occur on the first time accessing.

Choose “Yes, this is my office” or “No, this is not my office.” If you choose “No” you will be directed to a drop-down to choose your office.

 Account Resources Access your Account Resources in the upper-right corner

Edit My Account: Complete activation of your ONE Design profile by filling in your information.

Manage Headshots: Here you can upload and manage your headshot library. You can upload multiple images.

Crop functionality- once the image has been manipulated that image HAS to be selected in the image gallery to pull into the design.

 Upload or Create Custom Distribution Lists ONE Design makes it easy to upload and create distribution lists. To access these settings click on the dropdown arrow in the top-right and choose Address List.

Manage Address Lists Access the “Manage Address Lists.”

There are five options to choose from:

1. Upload List: upload, manage and store existing mail lists. Xpressdocs certifies each address for mail delivery. Storing lists are free of charge. If a list is not utilized for longer than eighteen consecutive months it will be automatically archived. Supported file formats: .xlsx, .dbf, .txt, .tab, csv. (Address lists: the name fields pull in 2 names- so if you have in separate fields- Example: Mr. Steven – Smith – and – Mrs.- Jane – Smith- it will pull in the first 2- that would be the Mr. and Steven, not smith)

2. Radius List: Pick a center point and build a target prospect list. 3. Street List: Choose a street address and build a target prospect list on that street. 4. Every Day Direct Mail (EDDM): EDDM Elite delivers to every address in walk sequence

order within selected postal carrier routes, and results in a savings of 6¢ per piece off standard mail rates. EDDM Elite features the inclusion of recipients’ first and last names on most mailings and utilizes USPS data feeds. Target by zip code or City.

5. Demographics: Create a list of demographic filters including gender, income, age, homeowners, and renters.

Character count override- there is a sizing script that is activated once you override the character count that shrinks the font size to fit into the field

Once you are finished customizing, click “Generate Final Proof”

Ordering Products for Your Agents Select the product you would like to order for an agent (ex: business card) and customize the style to your liking.

Select your office from the dropdown menu

Then select the “user” (agent) from the dropdown menu you wish to customize the product for

Attention: Verify that all information pulled from zONE is correct (i.e. spelling, phone number

formatting and capitalized letters when appropriate)

Click anywhere on the product image to refresh proof during editing to ensure formatting is as desired.

Generate final proofs and agree to the Terms and Acknowledgements to continue to the Order Options window

Select quantity, paper type, and optional coating to desired preferences.

You may schedule fulfillment date for a time in the future or by simply clicking Next and the order will be fulfilled immediately.

Indicate where you would like the order to be shipped to and service level.

If you would like to purchase this product for the agent you customized it for simply add your payment info and click complete checkout.

If you would like to have this item saved with your customizations, but expect the agent to pay for the product, click Continue Shopping and the order will be added to that agent’s shopping cart.

● When logging in agents will see the customized product in their cart and can pay for and complete the transaction from their end.

Clicking on the My Orders tab on the top header and selecting Pending Orders will show you an overview of saved products you have created for your agents. You may continue to edit the products from this view by selecting the edit icon for a specific order. Or you can directly purchase your customized product from this log by clicking the shopping cart icon and continuing through the check-out process.

Reporting and Tracking Clicking My Orders from the top tab and selecting Order History will show most recent orders placed, including cancelled orders. At the top you are able to also search past orders by name, view PDF proofs of placed orders, track shipping and place reorders easily.
