HIGHLIGHTS

1. Registration is mandatory for all those who are participating in the competitive

sessions.

2. Abstract of paper presentations should reach the scientic committee on or

before 15 September 2021.

3. Abstract should be sent via e-mail in not more than 200 words in MS word

format, Times New Roman, font size 12.

4. E-mail ID to which abstracts are to be sent-anca.entsurgeons.aoi@gmail.com.

5. Abstract should contain name of the presenter, institution, and bonade

certicate of HOD (in case of PGs), and registration details. Certicate from HOD

should be scanned and sent along its abstract to the above mentioned e-mail ID.

6. Abstracts will be scrutinised and selected for competitive sessions.

7. Those papers which are not selected will be allowed as free paper presentations

and will be given certicates.

8. All scientic presentations selected for competitive sessions should contain only

the presenter's name and should not mention the institution, place, co-author or

HOD's name anywhere in the presentation. Failure to abide this rule will

disqualify the presenter.

9. Selected papers will be intimated by e-mail.

10. PG presentations can be case series/original paper/case report.

11. Time alloted for case report is 5 min, and case series/original paper is 8 min.

Time alloted for consultant paper is 8 minutes.

12. Consultant video presentation is for 5 minutes and should be compatible with

Windows Media Player. Audio input has to be incorporated into the videos.

13. Size of the poster should not exceed 3 ft in breadth and 4 ft in height.

14. Decision of scientic committee will be nal.

15. Quiz competition is only for PGs and each team will consist of registered persons

of same institution. Bonade certicate from HOD is mandatory. More than one

team can participate from a single institution. Preliminary round will be there

before the Quiz nals.
