Solution OverviewAPSI provides a complete solution conformed by several systems.

The main system is NominaTISS-SAR (Payroll system), and along with it come many other systems that contribute to the perfect management of the human resources processes in the company. These systems are: Human Resources Management, Courses and Training Management, Payroll Budget Control, Employee, Supervisor and Manager Self-Service modules, APSI Guide, APSI Vepa and some mobile apps that complement the payroll and self-service modules.

APSI Systems were developed by using the latest technology. They were designed to be used in a client-server environment (SQL server), in order to have all the information centralized, up to date, and accessible to all end users.

APSI systems have a user control module where roles and privileges are defined for each user, to access a specific system or certain functions within each system.

APSI Sistemas main product: NominaTISS-SAR, is not a simple payroll software, it is a re-engineering process of human resources fiscal management in the company. NominaTISS-SAR is a very intuitive easy to use system, its main menu has three cycles of operation: The left cycle for the perfect management of all monthly obligations with IMSS, INFONAVIT and SAT. The one in the right is the cycle for perfect management of all payroll related processes. And the one in the middle is the cycle where the daily incidences are registered, which have an effect in both the IMSS and payroll cycle, such as new hires , absences , leaves , salary changes and exceptions.NominaTISS-SAR is organized in functions labeled with a letter that helps the end user follow the flow of the Payroll process.

PAYROLL WITH INTERFACE WITH TIME & ATTENDANCE

NominaTISS-SAR can integrate with any TIME & ATTENDANCE system that provides a text file with the exceptions in a specified layout. By using APSI System: AsistenTISS-SAR , the file can be imported to analyze and authorize the exceptions before loading them into the NominaTISS-SAR.NominaTISS-SAR also generates a file with the new hires data to be loaded into the time and attendance system. A special interface to read and import this file should be requested to your time and attendance provider.

QUERY REPORT

NominaTISS-SAR includes a module “reporteador” where the user can choose from 150 data fields to create reports and export them to excel , word, txt or pdf .

These 150 field include the most common employee data that is usually required to generate reports.However, If there is a specific need to create queries from fields not included in the “reporteador” we can provide information about the tables and data so that queries can be generated from authorized users.

STANDARD REPORTThere are over 500 standard reports that NominaTISS-SAR generates that are very useful for the companies.

SELF-SERVICEEmployee Self-Service Module allow employees to update personal information , print payroll receipts and reports , get overtime reports ,loans reports, employment letters and initiate the request for approval for Vacation. They can also consult training that they are required to take.There is a desktop a web-based and a mobile (android) Version available

Supervisor Self-Service ModuleIt allows managers to access their employee’s history, approve overtime, approve vacation requests and send it to the payroll system.There is a desktop and a mobile version available

Architecture Design and PerformanceAPSI Systems were developed by using the latest technology. They were designed to be used in a client-server environment (SQL server), in order to have all the information centralized, up to date, and accessible to all end users

As there are improvements on the systems or changes in the law, upgrades are being released. These upgrades can be executed from the system lateral menu, it will connect to the APSI FTP and download and install the upgrade if any available. If the system is installed in the server, IT department usually does this upgrades.Backups are not automatic, the application reminds the user to backup in different parts of the process but usually IT sets a daily backup in their servers.

Desktop applications in a Server-Client environment can be configured in two ways Applications and Database installed on the server and all users connect via

Remote Desktop or Citrix to execute applications directly in the server. All maintenance & Upgrades are done in the server

Application is installed in the client and database in the server, clients software access database from the server. Application upgrades need to be performed on each client.

The WEB-based applications have to be installed and published on the server and the Mobile applications available have to be installed on the server and the apps can be downloaded from the play store

IMPLEMENTATIONFor Implementation and training, APSI and the customer create a work

plan were it is defined the place, people, dates and times for the activities that need to be completed from both companies. The implementation is done in three main steps:

STEP 1.- System Installation , Initial load and salary integration auditCustomer is required to provide the latest .SUA file, an Excel file with all the employee data and the latest IMSS payment file in order to automatically load all data to the system. There is a fiscal audit performed by the system to make sure all employee salary is correctly integrated and there are no differences to data registered at IMSS so that the company starts clean.

STEP 2.- Payroll parallel testing.APSI representative works directly with customer to help them define concepts, payroll periods, and all details in the payroll systemOnce everything is in the system a parallel testing is performed running the payroll in customer current payroll system and APSI payroll system before releasing to production.

STEP 3.- System usage training Training for each of the APSI Systems is provided to the customer
