* The DOE and contractor personnel will comply by providing, in a timelymanner, all documents requested by the NWTRB.

* The Technical Point of Contact will be responsible for interacting with theNWTRB concerning the preparation of the presentations, including thevisual aids and handout materials for technical meetings.
PREPARATION FOR TECHNICAL MEETIG
* The DOE will provide to the NWTRB a list of DOE personnel expected toparticipate in the meeting.
* When preparation of meeting materials are complete, all handouts will beprovided from the Technical Point of Contact to the NWTRB ExecutiveDirector.
CONDUCT OF MEETINGS
* NWrRB discussions with DOE Staff and contractor personnel will be forthe purpose of full and open information exchange, but are not intendedfor making program decisions.
