Syrian Arab Republic Prime Ministry

Resolution no. (69720)- According to the term of principal law of state employees no. /50/ issued in 2004.- According to legislative degree no /11/ issued 1986.- According to the suggestion of ministry of telecommunication and technology no /4620/ on 20 December 2009.

Prime Minister decides the following :Article (1) The names mentioned below, the employees for S.T.E, are delegated to Paris with an official mission, for training for equipment contracted on by the contract no (16)/A issued in 29/3/2005 with Al-Catel French Company according to the following.

1. International revenue system for those who work in network connection and commercial department from 3/2/2010 till 12/2/2010 namely: Abdull Razaq Kusaybati, Lama Ali, Salem Kabbool, Camilia Ardroomli, Samer Sahioni, Mohammed Fadi Al-Gazzi, Ahmad Sunbul, Waleed Al-Husni.

2. Programming device from information department from 8/2/2010 till 4/3/2010 namely: Eng. Ayman Taleb, Eng. Manar Zrli, Abdulla Halaq, Eng, Samar Al-Suhli, Amani Al-Sukari, Antwaneet Al-Set, Qasem Al-Daass, Majida Al-Abbass, Maysa’ Rizqallah, Bilal Al-Sayed, Lamia Al-Halaq, Ahmad Muhammed Saleh.

3. Supervisors on employees in call centerin Damascus and Aleppo from 17/2/2010 till 5/3/2010 namely: Abeer Othman, Hila Al-Jammal, Fatina Kamal Abu Al-kher, Sami Sarsawi, Essam Shaham, Mustafa Al-Kholi, Mahmoud Fani, Maher Jaweesh, Ayman Khadro, Ala’ Haj Yehia, Mahmoud Morai, Ibrahim Alo.

4. Supervisiors on CSO from Al-Hasakah, Tartous, Al-Raquah, Deir Al-Zour and Idleb from 22/2/2010 till 26/2/2010 namely: Nadeem Sulayman, Sami Ismaeel, Adeeb Mayhoub, Zuhair Alloush, Imad Zaher, Mousa Mahmoud Al-Abbass, Jamal Al-Adai Khalil, Hatem Kassar Al-Nasser, Ziad al-Edl, Bashar Al-Muallem, Husam Mustafa.

7. Anti-Cheating System from 13/1/2010 till 22/1/2010 namely: Ali Dhahi, Hussien Muhammad Darweesh.

8. Hall Directors Call Centres (Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Tartous) from 8/3/2010 till 26/3/2010 namely: Muhammad Ghayyad, Mousa Mahmoud

10. Technicians for supporting computer network in governates (Homs, Hama, Al-Raqah, Dara, Al-Sweida, Deir Al-Zour and Al-Hasakah. From 22/3/2010 till 26/3/2010 namely: Eng. Leen Barakat, Suha Deeb, Nader Daher, Auhans AuHakian, Bassam Al-Hareer, Manar Al-Salem, Ahmad Yasser Khabeez, Quasem Abu Khroub, Akram Abeid, Bassel Al-Taweel, Ammar Muhammad Al-Huwaidi, Ayman Attallah Al-Abdullah, Abd Al-Masseeh Haddad, Riad Asneel.

11. Technicians of printing bills from (Damascus, Aleppo). From 12/4/2010 till 20/4/2010 namely: Ayman Khayyo, Rafeeq Ibrahim, Ali Zein Al-Dein, Hana Shaykhoni, Sarab Bitar, Ihssan Najar.

12. IT Architecture from Damascus and Aleppo. From 29/3/2010 til 23/4/2010 namely: Ghassan Turjuman, Madyan Jahjah Bahssas, Abdull Jaleel Abu Khadouj Ismaeel, Nada Salamon, Bashar Bahssas, Yamen Quadourah.

Article (2) The beginning and the end of the mission is assigned in their travel permission given to them.

Article (3) The employees mentioned in this resolution take their wages, their complements, airport tax, departure due, compensation for expatriation, compensation for moving, travel fees on going and returning, from the budget from which everyone of them belongs to according to the rules and regulations applied.

Article (4) This resolution should be sent to those who are responsible for putting it into action.
