1. Conservation of Water is From 50% to 80% and more depending upon the working capacity, temperature, etc.

2. Conservation of Diesel is 50% to 80% depending upon the water tanker, roads condition, loads of dumper, etc.

3. The soil is agglomerating resulting in compact and smoother toad conditions. Fine dust generation reduction is more then 80%

4. The air borne dust is controlled under permissible limit resulting in better environment for the workers by reducing the health hazards of the dust.

5. The increase in moisture % with chemical is approx. 90% while the average moisture % increase is more than 34 %

6. In peak hours of mine working in summer, the dust generation time is maximum 15 minutes which improve to minimum 90

minutes using DUSTRON product with water. 7. The requirement of water trips required during night shift

decreased from nearly 4 trips to I trip only.8. Fine dust (Air Borne Dust-Particle size of less than +50mm) -

reduced by nearly 86%9. The Fine particles are converted in lump (more then +50mm)

up to 25% from Nill, so compact & better road condition observed.

10. No dust cloud are observed in crusher house / materials (coal/ mineral / �y ash) handling plant.

11. With single treatment no dust cloud is observed from waste dump yard.

12. The life of waste dump yard is after treatment is approx. 2 months.
