The Korean Suseo High-Speed Railway (SR) has selected TIBERO, the innovative relational database system from TmaxSoft, as an integral part of its integrated information frameworks. The company’s middleware products are also being implemented to manage applications such as ticketing systems. SR is an affiliate of Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL), handing the high-speed railways linking the Suseo station in southern Seoul to major regional cities such as Busan and Mokpo. First developed in 2003, it was designed to cater for large-scale enterprise environments.
