 Requirements  You  must:  •  Have   at   least  A$5  million   in   assets   that   are   unencumbered,  lawfully  acquired  and  readily  available  for  transfer  to  Australia.  •   Commit   to   investing   at   least   A$5   million   in   complying  investments  as  defined  by  the  Austrade  complying   investment  framework

venture   capital   fund   conforming   to   Austrade   framework  guidelines.     We   analyse   opportunities   regularly   on   a   case   by  case   basis   to   ensure   the   highest   likelihood   of   performance.  There  are  many  possible  new  ventures,  but  it  is  very  important  to  select  only  the  chosen  few  that  our  analysts  believe  provide  the  greatest  security  of  funds  alongside  potential  performance.  Synergy  offers  a  Managed  Account   Initial  Public  Offering   (IPO)  specifically  aimed  at  satisfying  this  role.    This   is   the   section   of   the   visa   investment   process   that   the  government   knows   represents   the   most   speculative  component.   We   understand   this   and   pride   ourselves   on   our  analytical  approach  and  careful  stock  selection.    Emerging  companies  requirement    Minimum  investment  $A1,500,000.    Our   specialists   view   emerging   companies   from   every   angle,  using   a   range   of  metrics   to   identify   under   valued   companies.  These  are  examined  in  detail   to  determine  whether  they  have  potential   to   out-­‐perform   the   market,   given   global   macro  economic  considerations.    Our  careful  selection  process  will  use  and  consider:  •   Fundamental  and  technical  filters  •   Emerging  trends  in  commodities  •  Market  sector  analysis  •   The  company's  fundamental  and  technical  make-­‐up.
