8:30 pm – midnight HOSPITALITY SUITE — A POST-NETWORK RECEPTION EVENT — EUCHRE, CARD GAMES, AND MORE!Euchre is an offshoot of Juckerspiel, a game that became widely popular throughout Europe during the Napoleonic era. In the 1800s, it became one of the most popular card games in America and Australia. Euchre, and its variation, is the reason why modern card decks were first packaged with jokers, a card originally designed to act as the right and left “bowers” (high trumps). Although later eclipsed by Bridge, Euchre is still well known in America, especially in the Midwest.

ANNUAL ACC GOLF TOURNAMENT (See registration form for sign-up)

Join fellow ACC members and conference attendees for this year’s annual golf tournament at the PGA National Resort & Spa. The golf tournament will be played on-site on PGA’s championship course which hosts the Honda Classic every year. The tournament fee includes the Championship course fees plus the awards luncheon that is included post play. There will be prizes for closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, best foursomes, and second place foursome. Rental clubs are available through the pro shop. $260 per person.

Join us in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, located just outside West Palm Beach, for the ACC 38th Annual Conference & Exposition.

HOTEL Individual reservations can be made by calling the PGA National Resort & Spa at 1-800-633-9150 and referencing the 2016 Airport Consultants Council Annual Conference & Expo. You may also book through the passkey reservation link on the ACC event webpage. Hotel reservations must be booked no later than Friday, October 21, 2016 to receive the contracted rate of $239 single/double per night. Reservations made after Friday, October 21, 2016 are subject to availability and the prevailing hotel nightly rate.

GROUND TRANSPORTATIONThe PGA National Resort & Spa is 16.3 miles from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). Taxi service is available at the airport along with several rental car company options. The PGA National Resort & Spa has free self-parking. Valet parking is available but has a fee.

CONFERENCE ATTIREBusiness casual dress is encouraged. Please bring jeans for our Tuesday night activities.

The golf tournament will take place regardless of weather conditions. ACC reserves the right to cancel when the minimum number of participants is not met. Should this occur, full refunds would be distributed after November 28, 2016. Payment for the recreational activities may be paid separately to ACC to separate the cost of the activity from business expenses.
