From THE GOVERNOR

The weather is starting to warm up and Spring is just

around the corner! We have a few big projects that need

to get done, from replacing the roof and the parking lot.

Maintenance is never-ending.

Each year the new officers set goals and continually make

improvements to this Lodge. With your help and support,

Let’s sit down, talk, and work together for the common

ATTENTION HORSESHOE PLAYERS

It’s time to begin a new season for Horseshoes. Anyone interested in becoming a member of the league needs to attend a meeting at the lodge on Wednesday, April 18 at 6 p.m. We will also schedule days to clean the pits. We need as many

people as possible to help out.

The first half begins Wednesday, May 2 at 6 p.m. League dues for the first eight weeks is $45 (the second half will be paid at a later date). Continuing league members have first opportunity to participate, but you must contact Dave Sullivan (419-466-0487) or Mar-

sha Warrington (419-704-7954) PRIOR TO APRIL 18.

If you are new to the league, let us know or attend the meeting. Last year we had a full league of 48 players, so we don’t know how many spots will be open. However, the best way to move up on the waiting list is through subbing. We usually need about 4 – 6 subs each week so you’re likely to play a lot! There is no cost to be a sub, just the opportunity to have a good time and meet a lot of fun

people!! 2018 HORSESHOE TOURNAMENTS ***Moose International Horseshoe Tourney Monroe, Wisconsin Lodge 754 July 20-22
