Improved access (enhanced availability of services,
rehabilitated facilities; more than 2/3 of partner hospitals
meet patients expectations & needs)
Improved quality (patient satisfaction increased; clinical
practice improved – normal deliveries increased from 50%
to 70%, partner deliveries increased from 25% to 95%,
transportation of newborn within 1st day increased from
46% to 74%)
