Swiss roll The swiss roll smelt really nice like chocolate as i made a chocolate swiss also smelt of strawberry as i had strawberry jam for filling, it looked messy but it tasted really nice even though it look horrible. The skills we used were holding an electric whisk also mixing skills and the product went well by tasting nice but i could of improved by making it more neating because it was really messy and a funny shape Other people said that it smelt nice and look nice when got out of oven but when i peeled of the grace though paper it went all messy and a really funny shape. Functions: Eggs: To complain to together and provide liquid and protein Caster sugar: Fine grains and dissolve more quickly and to add some sweetness.

Step by step:

1) Prepare and self safety2) Turn oven to gas mark 53) Add eggs and sugar to large mixing ball and use an electric whisk4) Until light and fluffy5) Add flour and cocoa powder

6) Mix together till brown colour7) Put on baking tray with baking paper8) Place in oven for 10-15mins9) Wash up while cooking using hot soapy water10) Take out of oven and cut edges till neat11) While hot put filling on 12) Roll up 13) Put ingredients away14) EAT UP
