Eve is a range of natural, entirely Swiss-made products, created in 2010. Since November 2011, it has been successfully distributed in more than 200 retail outlets in Switzerland and abroad.

The designer, Fabien Guidoux, sought to offer high-quality, environmentally-friendly skincare at an affordable price. Quality, nature, ethics and affordability are my watchwords for this new range.

Valeve SA makes every effort to protect the environment, especially by manufacturing locally and limiting excess packaging. Its simple business model limits the need for complex logistics, which helps to reduce CO2 emissions.

By paying a supplement to the Swiss Post Office to use its sustainable Pro Clima franking service and working with local companies who share its environmental concerns, Valeve SA makes a daily commitment to the natural world.

VALAIS EDELWEISS

Edelweiss extract has many beneficial effects on the skin: it has antioxidant, moisturising, astringent, sof-

tening and anti-ageing properties.

Edelweiss is a high mountain flower which grows at altitudes of between 2,000 and 3,000 metres. It is

highly prized for its anti-ageing properties.

Products made using Edelweiss regenerate and offer effective protection for the skin against harmful

external factors (wind, cold, pollution).

The flower leaves the skin relaxed, nourished, smooth, supple and revitalised. It re-establishes the natural

protective functions of the skin gives it a more youthful appearance.


VALAIS APRICOT

The apricots used to produce Valeze/Eve creams are harvested in Valais when ripe, between July and

September. Mr Vital Pralong, an apricot producer in Salins, just above Sion, carefully selects the finest

sun-ripened fruits.

The historic «Luizet» variety is harvested and taken directly to the internationally-renowned Aigle labora-

tory, so the natural extracts and apricot oil can be prepared on site.

This process guarantees the very finest quality of ingredients. Apricot kernel oil is exceptionally rich in

vitamin A and linoleic acid. It is the richest oil in polyunsaturated acids, helping it to nourish, hydrate,

regenerate and soften the skin.

Apricot kernel oil is a highly effective treatment for sagging, tired, and wrinkled skin (face, neck and bust).

Thanks to its very light texture, it is easily absorbed and does not leave an oily film on the skin.

Apricot revitalises, fortifies, nourishes, tones, softens and delays the effects of ageing on the skin, and res-

tores your radiant complexion.Apricot extracts and apricot oil have long been renowned for their cosmetic

properties.


NATURAL ANTI-AGING

Valeve uses apricot extract for its range of skin care products because of its moisturising, nourishing, rege-

Peppermint extract contains menthol, which is renowned for its purifying and refreshing properties. It acts on

CLEANSING MILK

CLEANSES, NOURISHES AND REGENERATESThis make-up remover softly cleanses and removes all traces of impurities on the face and around the eyes.

Its cleansing agents also remove dead skin from the top layers of the epidermis.

Apricot oil is recommended for tired, lifeless skin lacking in vitality, and restores flexibility and strength. It is

For the first time, the prized Valais apricot is being used in an all-new range of 100% Swiss sun protection pro-

ducts. In fact, following on from a body care range launched in 2011 and a facial care range launched in 2012,

Valeve is proud to bring the Eve sun protection range to its many loyal customers.

It has taken several months of very hard work to come up with a range guaranteed to provide a high degree

of protection against the sun’s UVA-B rays, yet one which observes the brand’s core principles: to be envi-

ronmentally friendly, provide something easy to obtain, and something which is ethically sound. Ever free of

phthalates, parabens, mineral oils, and palm oil, we have also sought to prevent the nanoparticles found in

many mineral filters. Accordingly, we have decided to use organic filters, which are scientifically proven to be

effective and harmless. Fully aware of how important it is to protect against UVA rays, responsible for prema-

ture photo aging of the skin, we have integrated special filters, which are also capable of forming an effective

screen against UVA rays.

Adding Valais apricot stone oil and fruit extracts, as well as vitamins B3 and E, and pro-vitamin B5 results

in products of optimum quality, guaranteed to be highly effective. As their ingredients offer a high degree of

tolerance, children may use the Eve sun protection range. Two products are available in the Eve sun protection

range, with a SPF protection factor of 50:

SUNBLOCK FACIAL CAREFacial care, with a creamy texture, guaranteeing a very high degree of protection to sensitive areas, which,

as well as moisturising the skin, prevents it from ageing prematurely due to exposure to the sun.

Extract, this facial care product, combining moisturising agents and anti-aging properties, provides optimum

sun protection.

It softens, revitalises and nourishes the skin and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. The optimum cutaneous

tolerance of UV filters used means you can apply this care product to any skin type, including that of children.

Apply before sunbathing and after swimming. Re-apply regularly to guarantee optimum protection. For

safety reasons, we do not recommend spending too long in the sun. We do not recommend exposing babies

or young children to direct sunlight.

HAND CREAM

SOFTENS, NOURISHES AND REINFORCES NAILSWith a light texture and very quickly absorbed into the skin, this care product is rich in substances which will

preserve the beauty of the hands, prevent dry skin and act as moisturisers. They increase the suppleness and

elasticity of the skin by repairing the damage caused by constant daily stress.

The skin quickly becomes softer and more supple. Because it contains vitamin C, this cream irons out liver spots

and thus prevents them from forming. It is important to apply this care product regularly to prevent the effects of

time appearing on the hands early. It also naturally strengthens the nails and stimulates UV protection.

A product formulated in line with nature using ingredients which the skin tolerates amazingly, the cream does

not contain any parabens or phthalates and is free of mineral oils, palm oil and other suspect ingredients.

Apply to the hands every time you wash them and at any time of day. Massage until completely absorbed.

FOOT CREAM

SOFTENS AND REFRESHESThis apricot foot cream is high in active ingredients which nourish and moisturise the upper layers of the epi-

dermis. Containing apricot extracts and high in vitamin A, its nourishing and regenerative virtues will make

for increased suppleness and make your feet feel marvellous. This softens, smooths and strengthens the skin

on the feet, leaving it feeling soft and silky.

The presence of menthol and camphor makes for a feeling of freshness and breathes life back into tired,

sweaty feet. As for shea butter, it actively fights dry skin. It is excellent for activating capillary circulation, re-

oxygenating the tissues. Rich in vitamin F, shea butter regulates skin moisturising.

Applying this care product regularly will make your feet feel wonderful. Apply once or twice a day to clean,

dry feet. Massage until completely absorbed.

BODY LOTION

SOFTENS AND NOURISHES THE SKINBody Lotion contains Valais apricot extracts, very rich in vitamin A, giving it nourishing, moisturising and

regenerative virtues, making the skin more supple at the same time.

The active agents in this Body Lotion intensely moisturise and smooth the skin, including: allantoin, which

speeds up the cell regeneration process. This agent also helps the skin regain its ideal moisture, making for

healthier skin. The care product also contains stabilised vitamin C, an active ingredient widely reputed for

its antioxidising virtues. It increases natural collagen formation, giving the skin a smooth, silky appearance.

Pro-vitamin B5 is a very good moisturiser, offering lenitive properties and helping with cell regeneration.

The care product instantaneously penetrates the skin and makes it supple, soft and velvety, at the same time

making it really healthy.

EXFOLIANT BODY WASH

CLEANS, SMOOTHS, REFRESHESThis exfoliating shower care product, which contains Valais apricots, eliminates dead cells and impurities

from the superficial layers of the skin. It also clears the pores, helping rebalance the work of the sebaceous

glands.

It also contributes towards eliminating dead skin cells, thus refining the skin’s grain, helping the skin breathe

and speeding up the cell renewal process. Accordingly, the skin is revitalised and is made healthy again.

The skin is smoothed, purified and completely cleansed. It regains a pleasant, fresh feeling. The most marked

effect of exfoliation is that it accelerates the regeneration of epidermal cells, iimproving the skin’s appea-

rance. Applying this care product helps improve the skin’s texture, elasticity and firmness, leaving it smooth,

strong and healthy. It suits all skin types.

FABIEN GUIDOUX Born in Orbe, Switzerland in 1976, Fabien Guidoux was initially trained as a chef. He then went on to study

music at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Paris, where he won a prize for the trombone, an instrument he has

played since the age of 9.

When he returned to Switzerland, he taught music, gave concerts, and became a freelance caterer. In 2010,

Fabien Guidoux decided to set himself a new challenge in the cosmetics industry, and established Valeze.

Keen to protect planet and showcase a local Swiss product, he naturally chose the Valais apricot as his raw

material.

Thanks to his passion and perseverance, his exceptional, environmentally-friendly products were soon picked

up by distributors in Switzerland and abroad.

Fabien is married and lives in the village of Valeyres-sous-Rances, near Orbe. This is where Valeve SA has

its registered office.
