ABOUT TMN SGRI’ve been interested in Technology and Art from a very young age. I followed my passion and released my urge for creativity through Graffiti. After graduating as a de-signer from F+F Schule für Kunst und Mediendesign in Zurich I worked as an industrial designer for a few years and assisted at the Zurich Academy of the Arts (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste). Since 2014 i am an independent professional, focusing on the realistic visualisation of vi-sionary ideas for the entertainment industry. I am very pleased that my work is acknowledged internationally (Forbes / Wired / P.M. Magazin). With a good friend we founded the Experimental Visual Auditive Labor (EVA-LAB) for networking, research and artistic exploration of the newest technology like Virtual Reality. I got awar-ded the state prize for artists and could go to the gnomon art school in Hollywood in 2018 to master vehicle design for games and the entertainment industry. This was a dream, the highest form of education and specializa-tion in Vehicle design for games. Now I have to bring my skills back to the world. And I would love to do it for you. .

A self-fulfilling prophecy draws on developments from both the past and the present: as people working in the industry today stumble across futu-ristic concepts in their research, they can’t help but take influence from these ideas.

Games and other entertainment me-dia are the main means by which such ideas spread. They act as trans-mitters of speculative concepts. In the 1970s, designers took influen-ce from the sci-fi comics of the day, which resulted in such iconic designs as fintails on cars.

Even nowadays design elements that depict advanced technologies such as the honeycomb pattern and LED luminous strips are exerting their in-fluence on design – and these, too, were first brought to prominence by the entertainment industry. Judging from all of this we can conclude that, as contemporary designers become acquainted with futuristic concepts from the world of entertainment, they exert a strong influence over the fu-ture because, they, in fact, shape it. This is how self-fulfilling prophecies are created.

Design philosophy

All of my vehicles and products are based on careful technical conside-rations and the very latest scientific knowledge. In the course of my ca-reer, I’ve acquired knowledge and experience in specific scientific and technical disciplines such as aero-dynamics, drive and propulsion, and gyro (electronic devices which keep aircraft stable and horizontal whilst in flight), and my background in in-dustrial design has also helped influ-ence my current projects.

Some of my previous projects have been published online and subjec-ted to rigorous technical tests – tests that they must pass, or else they cannot be regarded as truly visiona-ry. However, in other projects, I’ve deliberately left some of the techni-cal considerations open to discussion in order to allow new ideas to occur to me. And I am always amazed to see how keen people with specialist knowledge are to put that knowledge to good use in the completion of the-se projects. In my opinion, this bears out my theory of the self-fulfilling prophecy.

Snowrifters is my passion-project.I worked on it for years, it was the reason that I switched my focus from movies to games. Virtual Reality

NORDIC GAME 2017

For the NORDIC GAME 2017 i made a VR-Expirience for SNOWRIFTERS as part of the Swiss game developer delegation.

City Dome

This was an Project for Nucreation to visualise the City Dome, a 360° Projected Dome. It was for a booth at the EMEX. The clients could get virtualliy in to the Dome.

Tamedia We were invited to demonstrate virtual reality intern to the whole tamedia group. Together with the gamedevolepers from ATEO we organised a day to show every department the new possibilitys.

Tanzfest

For the Tanzfest i made a interactive VR game, where you had to imitate Dancemoves.

EVA LAB DAYS III

The third EVA LAB DAYS were at the Chollerhalle Zug.

EVA LAB DAYS II

At the second EVA LAB DAYS we were at the Galvanik Zug. I was there to demonstrate the possibilitys of VR.

EVA LAB DAYS The EVA LAB Days are a meeting of digital artists for weeks, in the last week we open the doors to the public and demonstrate what we were working on. EVA stands for Experimental Visual Auditive Lab.

WILD

Wild was an Art Exhibition in Zug/ Switzerland in 2015. I made a rollercoaster expirience, most people never heard from VR before.

Kolin21

This was a project for an art exhibition. It was a visualisa-tion of statistics for the numbers of immigration in Zug.

KUNSTpause

At the art exhibition KUNSTpause i showed a virtual exhi-bition room. We had over 600 Visitors.
