On November 19 2012 subsequent to McBurneys Swindle oonducted a traffic stop on Representative Michael euroielland on Jnterstate 10 in Madison COunty for gojng 67 mph in a 70 mph zone SWind~ only asked for CJellands driver license at no point did he ask for vehicle regiStration or procil of Insunanca Swindle Issuad Clelland a Traffic Warning for Exceeded
