Learn to lay down in horizontal position
It becomes difficult for the beginners to balance their body in water
which is normal. You can overcome this problem by practicing as
they feel disoriented when lying down in water.
Use a floating equipment
Floating equipment will help you float initially when it seems next to
impossible to float in water. Once you gain confidence in floating,
you can stop using the equipment. Equipment which can help you

Do not hold your breath
Often, beginners try to control their breath while swimming which
must be avoided to learn in a better manner. When you put your
face inside the water, slowly exhale bubbles. This will help you to
