AUTOMATED PV MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
SWELECT operates a 110 MW class 100,000, dust-free, clean-room, world-class PV
module HHV Solar Technologies (’HHV ST’) manufacturing plant with R&D facility at
Bangalore. HHV ST’s product portfolio comprises of High Quality – High Efficiency Solar PV
modules (HHVST) in various Power ratings with International Certifications and compliance to
BIS & IEC Standards.
BALANCE OF SYSTEMS (BoS) MANUFACTURING
SWELECT also offers the complete range of Electrical and Mechanical Balance of
Systems (BOS) including Solar PCUs, Module Mounting Structures (MMS), AJBs, ACDBs,
DCDBs, etc. from its State-of-the-art facility in Salem.
The Roll-forming machines installed at the plant have a production capacity of 10 MW per
month of MMS with throughput of 1 MW every 3 days with a lifetime of 20+ years. This facility
also offers Servo Stabilizers – An effective and reliable solution for the common phenomenon of
voltage variations and electricity fluctuations, in India and across the globe.
