Bandinelli Palace is one of the most well-known architectural buildings situated in the very heart of Lviv – in the medieval

Rynok Square.

At the beginning of the 17th century an entrepreneur from Flor-ence Roberto Bandinelli, having acquired a status of Lvivite, pur-chased the palace and started here the post office service of the

European standard. The post business was not the only thing at-tracted Roberto. There is a skillful cook inside of every Italian,

and the new land helped him spot this talent to the best advantage. Owing to the productive combination of two cultures the exquisite

Italian confectionery from Bandinelli appeared: сiabattas, cakes, cheese cakes, and, of course, BISCUITS.
