For my marketing campaigns, I created another survey and asked my potential customers which style of advertising
would entice them to leave an email address or even purchase items from Sweet Stakes.
The marketing campaigns that I suggested to my potential customers included:
Internet Ads (Facebook, Google, etc.)
Video Ads (TV, etc.)
Print Ads (Magazines, Newspapers, etc.)
Free Samples with Sign up
MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
Ranking from the most cost effective to the least cost effective:
Internet Ads (Facebook, Google, etc.) - ~$5
Print Ads (Magazines, Newspapers, etc.) - $20-$100,000
Video Ads (TV, etc.) - $2500 +
Free Samples with Sign up – very costly, depends on price of supplies
COST EFFECTIVENESS
People preferred the idea of free samples, internet ads, and video ads.
As a startup business, internet ads would be a great way to start out as they are more cost effective and were popular
in the survey. Free samples would need to be carefully planned before put into action; they are very costly to the
business as it is not guaranteed whether the money used to create the free samples will be earned back.
