Our Mission is to establish & maintain a process by which key individuals can continuously identify, analyze & implement solutions that effectively manage organizational Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Challenges


Structure of the Group

The group will consist of 12 members excluding home office participants:• One Life Time Member• Managing Partners• Senior Partners• Two Advisors

•Rotating members are MP, SP and advisors•Asked to serve a 2 year term•½ will leave at a time (Staggered Terms)•A member may be asked to serve another term• The Committee will represent a variety of geographic areas.
