ADMISSION WITHDRAWAL

A child is admitted to Std.-1 at the completion of 6 years only.

Admission will not be given to the child in (First) Standard if original and Xerox of certified copy of Birth certificate will not be attached with admission form.

No student can be admitted to the school without a valid Leaving Certificates from the last school by the student. An unsatisfactory remark will immidate the admission.

No child can admitted to the school until the Principal meets the patent or Guardian who will be responsible for the conduct, studies and school fee of child.

A Student coming from a school from Gujarat, Outside Gujarat State or Foreign Country will have to apear for an entrance examination and then will be admitted to class for which the student found fit.

A Student coming from out side Gujarat State or Foreign Country should produce the S.L.C.of the last school attended by the students, duly countersigned by the Educational Authority of that State of Country e.g. Educational inspector or Director of Education. The school does not take the responsibility of getting S.L.C. countersigned.

No School Leaving Certificate will be issued without a written application from the parent guardian.

A leaving Certificate will be issued only after payment of all dues and will be given after 7 days after receiving an application.

LEAVE AND ABSENCE

No student will be permitted to be absent for a single day without the previous of the Principal.

However in case of illness or other unavoidable circumstances where prior permission could not be obtained then an application signed by the parents / guardian assigning valid reason for the students's absence must be produced immediately and permission should be obtained for leave.

A student will not be allowed to leave the school for a part of the day unless, he / she produces an application signed by the guardian giving a valid reason. The Principal will then decide whether to grant leave or not.

GENERAL CONDUCT :

It is the responsibility of the parents to intimate the schools office about the change in residence immediately.

Irregular attendance, want of application, insubordination to teachers or principal, any kind of misbehaviour in or outside the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student.Any damage in or about the premises must be made repaired by the parent / guardian of the student responsible for it. The decision of the principal regarding the amount to be paid will be final.

Teachers can not be disturbed during school hours by parents / guardian without the permission of the principal.

All students must come to school neatly dressed in school uniform.

It will be compulsory for the parents to attend parent-teacher meeting.

SCHOOL FEE :

The school fee must be paid from to 15 every month. If the fee for two consecutive months will not be paid, the child's st th1

name will be cancelled from the register without informing the parents.

Fee can be paid monthly / quarterly / half yearly Rs. 0/- will be fined in the next month if the fee of a month is not paid in 10the same month.A student, name is on the school roll even for a single day of the month, will have to pay fee for the entire month.whose

School fee must be paid together before 15 of arch. Failure to this will compel us to detain the annual thApril and May M
