    1) Online Registration1) Candidate has to visit NMIMS website www.nmims.edu for online registration

    and subsequently send the registration fee by Demand Draft of Rs. 1600/-drawn in favor of SVKMs NMIMS payable at Mumbai.To,Deputy Registrar (Admission)SVKMs Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies,V. L. Mehta Road,

    JVPD Scheme,Vile Parle (West),Mumbai 400 056.

    along with the following documents on or before 20th July 2013.

    Online application form, S.S.C & H.S.C Mark sheet Graduation Mark sheet & Degree Certificate GPAT Scores if appeared

    2) Candidates application form will not be considered if they fail to submit theabove mentioned documents till 20th July 2013. NMIMS will not beresponsible for any non delivery or non receipt of demand drafts sent throughpostal authority or courier.

    3) Registration fee is non- refundable.2) Eligibility and Admission Criteria The Basic qualification criteria for the purpose of admission to M.Pharm /M.Pharm +

    MBA program shall be Candidate must have passed B.Pharm examination with 55%of marks from any of the recognized University.

    Industry sponsored candidate would be preferred. If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or

    the information furnished by him/ her in the application form is incorrect, his/herapplication for the admission to the program, even if selected, will stand cancelled.

    Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate All matters of dispute will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Mumbai only.

    4) Refund RulesThe schedule of refund of fees will be as follows:

    1. Till the date of commencement of

    the Programme.

    Rs.1000/- will be deducted as

    administrative charges

    2. After the commencement of

    Programme but before the closure of

    admission.

    Rs.1000 + Proportionate fees i.e. one tenth

    of the fees for every completed month or

    part thereof, if the seat vacated by the

    candidate is filled. If the seat remains

    vacant /unfilled no fees will be refunded.

    3. Cancellation after the official

    closure of admission.

    Cancellation made after the official closing

    of admission no fees will be refunded.

    Regular classes will commence from 1st of July 2013. Changes, if any, would beintimated.
