• Outcomes: Create more pedestrian and bicycle friendly atmosphere, more open space, sustainable water filtration for runoff to canal, slow down traffic, preserve industry.

• Partnership highlighted problems (sidewalk problems, litter, illegal dumping, overnight parking) and potential attributes.
