• Construction of 3 Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and 3 rail based Mass rapid transit (MRT) system.
• Creation of a ‘Pedestrian First Priority’ system to enhance the provisions and protection for pedestrians.
• Creation of a clean environment by placing emphasis on noise and exhaust emissions controls.
