The final design was developed by evaluating the

various design features and how it responded to the

climate of Ahmedabad. A series of studies were

undertaken to confirm the design form which

helped us develop homes that are 15% cooler.

The developer will have to transfer 70 percent money received from home buyers to an escrow account. This money will bewithdrawn as per the stages of construction, approved by engineers and chartered accountants of builders.
