Living Learning Community
• A Living Learning Community (LLC) is a themed community in which the
residents of that community share common values and interests
• Sustainability LLC
• 20th Floor of the Wabash Building
• Up to 40 residents
• Students become environmental leaders on campus by participating in outings,
activities, and volunteer experiences that contribute to the University's sustainability
goals and stay true to its social justice mission.

Programming Overview• 2-3 Programs centered around monthly theme
• Students develop a stronger sense of belonging, self-efficacy, and a love of learning
• Stretch: Students who live on LLCs report increased knowledge, skills, and awareness of diverse
people and ideas.
• Engage: Students will identify and actively participate in opportunities that align with personal or
academic interests.
• Excel: Students living on campus will report stronger academic engagement in May than upon their
arrival in August.
