Sustainability Impacts Leadership Lab Fellows Julie (Williams) Anderson, Starbucks Julie is Sr. Manager, Global Responsibility at Starbucks, where she has worked since 2001. She has been integral to ethical sourcing and the development of Café Practices, worked closely with Conservation International to measure outcomes, and now leads a new governance program in the company to increase ownership of goals by senior management. Lisa Boyd, Target Lisa is Director of Wellness Strategy & Food Social Responsibility at Target. Stefani is Senior Manager, State External Affairs & Sustainability for Unilever. Ms. Grant works with elected officials and NGO’s on Unilever’s sustainability efforts, and also program manages all of Unilever’s sustainable sourcing programs in the U.S. and Canada.

Shayna Harris, Farmer's Fridge

Shayna believes that food can be a positive catalyst for change. Over the last 15 years, she has worked to develop rigorous and results-oriented sustainability programs in Latin America, West Africa, and southeast Asia for food companies like Mars, and in the development sector with Oxfam. In her current role as the Chief Operating Officer

for Farmer’s Fridge, she is using her global experience to develop a world-class system of food production, sourcing, and distribution.

Margaret Henry , PepsiCo

Margaret is Senior Manager of North American Sustainability at PepsiCo, where she is responsible for deploying and developing the U.S., Canada and Mexico sustainable agriculture work for all PepsiCo product sourcing.

Katie Hoard, Anheuser-Busch InBev

Katie is the Global Agricultural Development Manager for AB InBev based in Leuven, Belgium. In her role, Katie is responsible for developing new and existing malt barley supply chains, managing the global SmartBarley portfolio (smartbarley.com), and supporting AB InBev Better World initiatives focused on agricultural water conservation.

Ann Hoodenboom, Cabot Creamery

Ann serves the farmers of Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery Cooperative as Sustainability Coordinator. She manages projects that serve Cabot’s pledge of “Living within our means and ensuring the means to live”. As a cooperative, Cabot’s sustainability work is defined through principals of cooperation and community. Ann brings several years of related sustainability experience to the role with a unique background that spans private, public and nonprofit work. Prior work experience includes the solar energy industry

where she helped to develop a successful community solar program, CSR related public policy advocacy for the state of Vermont and adaptation to climate change research and public outreach in both Washington state and Vermont. Urvi Kelkar, SABMiller

Urvi is Agriculture Policy & Partnerships Manager at AB InBev where she focuses on shaping the company’s sustainable agriculture strategy and its approach to partnerships, impact measurement and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, she worked as Livelihoods and Economic Impact Manager at SABMiller plc and was responsible for accelerating implementation on smallholder and micro-enterprise development as well as human rights.

Courtney is a Global Sustainable Sourcing Insights Manager for Mars Petcare, one of the world’s leading pet care providers.

(Nicole) Kendra Levine, McDonald's Corporation

Kendra is a Supply Chain Sustainability Manager for McDonald’s, where she works with their logistics suppliers and suppliers of their plant based products to implement environmentally, ethically, and economically sound practices throughout the supply chain. She also has responsibility for improving and facilitating supply chain sustainability reporting. .

Alana Libow, Dannon

Alana is The Dannon Company’s Senior Manager of Sustainable Development. Alana leads the company’s sustainable development work focused on environmental, community, and nutritional strategic initiatives. She is responsible for ensuring business growth and market leadership while advancing Dannon’s environmental footprint and sustainable development competitiveness from sourcing to end markets.

Alberto Maynez Gutierrez , Heineken Mexico

Alberto is the Procurement Manager for Raw and Packaging Materials in Heineken Mexico. Responsible of building the sourcing strategy for domestic grains, dealing with thousands of farmers, government entities and suppliers. In charge of the pillar of Sustainable Sourcing, looking for the implementation of more efficient ways of working, better options for the growers and more environmental friendly solutions. Also in charge of selling

all of the byproducts in the company, searching for ways of doing it sustainably in a circular way. Seth Petchers, Frontier Coop

Seth leads Frontier Co-op’s efforts to deepen its sustainable sourcing and operations programs. His responsibilities include developing initiatives to build the business capacity of socially and environmentally responsible suppliers; strengthening and expanding Frontier Coop’s pioneering Well Earth® sourcing program; and developing goals and strategies to reduce the company’s environmental footprint.

Jonathan has worked in sustainable agriculture and food systems for eight years, currently for Organic Valley, America’s largest cooperative of organic farmers and one of the nation’s leading organic brands. His work is focused at the nexus of energy, water and food systems. He leads Organic Valley’s efforts in natural resource conservation, renewable

energy production, environmental research and employee engagement.

Shauna Sadowski, Annie’s

Shauna is the Vice President of Sustainability & Industry Relations at Annie’s, Inc. (a division of General Mills), an organic and natural foods company based in Berkeley, CA. She is responsible for leading the company’s sustainability strategy, which includes integrating sustainability into the product design and supply chain, with a particular emphasis on food and farming programs, partnering with industry on best practices, engaging and educating employees, and

developing robust measurement tools to track and report progress.

Mary Tate, Kellogg

Mary is the Global Sustainability Manager at Kellogg. In her role, Mary leads the execution and alignment of global responsible sourcing programs and reporting. Her work focuses on grower engagement projects and Kellogg’s commitments to sustainably sourcing ingredients, climate smart agriculture, and improving livelihoods for women and smallholder farmers.

Amy is Sr Manager Global Sustainability at Wrigley (Mars, Inc.) Amy is the Human Rights lead for Wrigley – accountable for developing programs and policies that deliver Mars commitment to the Ruggie Principles within critical commodities. She works closely with the procurement teams around the world to engage governments, NGOs and industry – most recently focusing in India, Brazil and Mexico. In addition she leads global and regional sustainability reporting, sustainability communications,

associate engagement and capability building for Wrigley. Tai Ullmann, Land O'Lakes

Tai leads Land O’ Lakes’ dairy sustainability efforts. This includes developing and managing their Dairy On-Farm Sustainability Program to measure key sustainability indicators across Land O’ Lakes’ milk supply. Tai is also responsible for developing new projects, partnerships or services to drive continuous improvement and transparency to demonstrate Land O’ Lakes’ commitment to sustainability.
