Consumer and Brand ProtectionData Analytics and Reporting
New Advanced Reporting and Publishing for process, supplier and product analytics. Market and consumer demand for greater access to data, improved transparency and speed of response to crisis requires retailers to have access to data and analytics in real time.
Advanced Data SharingEnhanced API’s will further enable store solutions, kiosks, mobile apps, customer care, commerce, quality check and artwork solutions access to appropriate process, product and supplier data. With consumers demanding greater knowledge and access to product and supply chain data the need to master these attributes centrally and at source is vital to brand image, promise and value.
Product CompositionIn-store formulation and labelling to provide dietary information for non pre packed items. Providing dietary claims on in store produced items, deli counter products and sandwiches is highly topical following recent fatal incidents. Although not yet legislated Brand Compliance will provide stores with the ability to produce digital data on non pre packed items for labelling, POS, apps and store information systems.
