• Although Japanese food is sushi , it was from south eastern Asia . Sushi is ”Yi”【鮨】 . It’s the word from China.

• It appeared over 1800 years ago.

• Roll Sushi was made to save dinner time in gambling . So people made sushi rice with fresh tuna to eat.

• 1.rice

• 2. dried meat floss[ 肉鬆 ]

• 3. laver[ 紫菜 ]

ingredients

1.Wash rice2. Steamed rice3. Put the dried meat floss into the rice4.Use the laver to roll them by the bamboo

roll5.Cut the roll into pieces 6.Then you can eat!!
