Boomers and Gen X, you brought change with you, Millennials are
bringing change with them.
LEARNING is critical
Millenniels should not be quick to dismiss the wisdom and experience of
Boomers and Gen X women.
Boomers and Gen X should not be quick to dismiss ideas of younger
employees.
AVOID characterizations based on age!
